I'm really enjoying sewing after so many years (have packed up all the art supplies for awhile) and have been enjoying sewing a variety of things!  The past few days have been hats!  The two with the brim are both lined with funky material (forgot to take pic of lining) and they have on top self-covered buttons to match.  I have a few nieces/nephew in their teens so I think I will mail them off to them and hope they enjoy them, or their friends...not fussy who, as long as someone wears them  Cheesy Cheesy

Thanks for looking!

Thanks!  The purple hat and the skully hat are made from a pattern I found in the UK magazine, Sew Hip.  They do sell it here in Canada where I live (sometimes) but I found a place online where you can purchase it as an E Magazine and you can d/l whichever patterns you like. (It's way cheaper buying it online)

This pattern came from Issue 15 of Sew Hip.  Here is the website where I d/l it from.  They don't show all the issues on there right now so I'm not sure what's up with that.   http://www.yudu.com/library/20144/KAL-Media-Ltd

The other pattern is from Kwik Sew #3699

You cm generally get back issues of Sew Hip fairly cheaply on eBay, too.

Thanks Knight Templar, nice of you to say  Grin

ljelondon, the good thing about buying d/loadable things online is I don't have to pay an extravagant shipping to here, VERY northern Canada....I used to order more things off ebay but quit because the postage costs me more than the items lol.  Seriously, I have to order pretty much all my art and fabric supplies online and I order mostly from the States cuz of prices but postage from anywhere kills me  Shocked sometimes
