Crafty Detective Rd. 7 (signups Jan. 31 - Feb. 14, 2011; sendouts Apr. 14, 2011)

I shipped out on Friday!  I sent via two day mail, but it may be a little bit of time before my stalker receives.  I had planned on shipping via UPS, but after getting there, I found out that they wanted $80 for packaging and shipping and over $50 of that was just shipping!!  It turned out that the post office was a much better option as it cost me half that amount to ship and it will get there much sooner than it would have! 

I really hope my stalker likes everything.  I ended up having to rethink and readjust my plans for my large a few times, which left me working on it until 4 am the night before I shipped and then again when I got up at 8 am and right up until I finally got it boxed and shipped!  I'm happy with the end result and really really hope my stalker will be too!

I am a bit frustrated because the DC has said "Out for Delivery" ALL day. Hopefully you get it today and not tomorrow. I don't imagine they would take it out for delivery today and then not deliver it! Hopefully it just hasn't updated or you get your mail really, really late!

I got my swap package today, safe and sound, and I am IN LOVE......
I will post pic's of all the crafty goodness tonight after the kids go to bed.

That actually happened to me about two weeks ago - I had been watching an Amazon book order and it was out for shipping then was updated that the carrier left a note that I wasn't home and for me to pick it up - hmmm... Yeah. I was home all day that day.  The postal guy delivered it the next day though...

I got my package today - and posted pics in the gallery.  I feel truly spoiled and was totally surprised by who my stalker was.



Dear Stalkee - I'm so sorry but your package is going to take some time to get to you.  I fear it is on the slow boat... the post office hasn't updated the status in awhile.  sigh.  I'm keeping an eye on it as I'm really super nervous about it... swapper anxiety.  Gotta love it.
