My work is done.  I had a scary moment when a little something broke off the piece, but I think and hope that I fixed it and that glazing will hold it in place.

It's out of my hands now.  Whether I'm on time is now up to the (volunteer) kiln team at the ceramics studio.  I'm crossing my fingers, my toes, and my eyes in hopes of a quick turnaround--but I'm a little nervous because a couple other pieces have been MIA for two weeks.

Batgirl, I hope I'm on time for you!  And I hope it's awesome, and not awesomely craptacular.  Ceramics can be a crapshoot.  I can never know for sure how it will finish until it's actually done.  I've got a backup or two in case this doesn't work, but this one was made just for you.

I should be finished early this week.  Just need to get cracking.  I finished another swap this weekend so finalizing this swap is my only priority this week!   Grin

I finished my item but I am not sure it's awesome enough. . .  I might make a new item and ask some SMLounsbury's friends to choose . . .  I am not liking this swap anxiety!

Don't worry about it!  I'm easy to impress.  Wink  I'm sure whatever you've made is amazing!!

I'm a little anxious because it is much smaller than what I wanted it to be, but it would have a wicked seam in it if I went any larger and that would have killed the whole thing.  I hope size doesn't take away from awesomeness.
