I received from suereal today! She cleverly combined three of my themes...I give you the coffee drinking owl who speaks French. Wink

She also sent along a card for Juliet who drew her a picture of our poodle Raven. Juliet loved it, it's taped to her bedroom door.

Juliet also loved all the Hello Kitty stickers! Thanks so much!

Oh, I'm so in love with the coffee drinking french owl! lol  The whole thing is divine!

The layout, the coloring, the clever combination of themes, the pretty patterned paper, the expression on the owl's face--but what really gets me is the way his foot is hanging onto that mug!  Such dexterity!

What a great card!   Grin

I received two cards today! The first one is from blupaisan, the theme is Richard Scarry

Check out the awesome hand made card

Here's a close up of the ATC

And the other card I received is from WideEyedLife, the theme is Our Lady of Guadalupe

This photo shows the vividness of the colours. She is drawn using prismacolour pencils

and this photo is clearer.

I love both the cards as they are hand drawn! I'm not much of a visual artist so I'm in awe of the talent. Thank you so much

rec'd from suereal for a surprise and what a surprise it was!! it's titled "Sorry to knock, but I seemed to be lost." this is a combo of my themes: doorways, fantastical creatures and sketch.
the story goes that i have woken up in an alternative universe with no idea how i got there and i go knocking on the door of my neighbor only to find that I have become the fantastical creature! so funny! love the (my) googly eye too!

thanks suereal! what a lovely surprise!

This is not my week guys.
I credited the wrong artist in my last gallery posting.
My fictional saint card and all the generous and much loved extras were from
2/14 Dyani to AmandaBL for obscure saints
not
2/16 sonjaboo->amandabl   (fictional saint)
as I posted.  My apologies to Dyani, Sonjaboo & the organizers.
Dyani, I love love LOVED my package from you.  Thank you.
Sonjaboo, I havent gotten your saint yet but will post the proper card when I do :-)

No problem, I'm just glad that it arrived and that you liked it Smiley
