sheepblue was kind enough to explain to me the whole freezer paper stencil process. i recently participated in the mel brooks themed swap and was able to use the process to make a tee for my swap partner! we both ranked robin hood: men in tights high on our favorites lists, and this is from one of my favorite scenes in the movie!

of course i had to push my luck by attempting a two-color stencil on my first try, but things worked out! i had a very small amount of bleeding under the stencil in a couple spots where i put the black on top of the white, but fortunately it was in non-essential areas and i was able to fix them up with a paintbrush.

thanks for looking! c&c appreciated!  Cheesy

here's my original pattern i drew up on my pooter! if anybody uses it, send me a pic! =)

wow! thanks, guys! y'all are too sweet! it's painted with plain old fabric paint from walmart.... like tulip, i guess? you're supposed to squeeze it out the fine tip to draw with it, but i just squirted a bunch out on a paper plate and applied it with a sponge brush. took several coats, esp where the black is on top of the white.  Cheesy

i'm gonna edit my original post with the pattern, if anybody wants...

thanks again for the love!
