when your pregnant all you think of is babythings Roll Eyes
so made this hanging cradle
have not made a mattress but maybe I'll just use a lambskin in the bottom (just for the picture i have put some fabric inside.

What an interesting idea. Have you seen how much weight it can hold yet? I've never had a baby, but I know that they gain weight pretty fast.

have tested it with my oldest and she is 4,5 year old Grin
as long as the hook in the ceiling is attached securely it's safe.

While it's a good idea... I would be careful and keep a close eye on any sleeping babies in it. Commercial versions of this same thing have been recalled due to suffocation. We had one and loved it, but had to get rid of it when we found out if had been recalled last year.

Oh my gosh, it looks cute but I'd be terrified of my baby suffocating in it. Babies are supposed to sleep on firm surfaces with no pillows or blankets.
