My dear boyfriend turns 30 in May and I have arranged for us to spend a couple of days in New York (woo hoo!) He doesn't know anything about this yet so I have prep'd a couple of pages of a chipboard journal to break the news and to be a space for us to record the details of the trip.

I'm also going to be submitting this as part of my course work for a Certificate in Papercraft and this is where you guys come in.  I need feedback - good, bad or otherwise - suggestions, ideas, comments etc from you all so I can include it in my submission.

Thanks fellow craftsters!  xx

I think this cool. I wish I had made Travel Journals when I was traveling. I don't travel much anymore, but if I do I am making me one!!

i think it's really nice, colorful and a variety of textures...

only one criticism:  the skyline with the twin towers still there is kind of creeping me out.
