i made these for a halloween party, but planning on making them again for the hubs for valentine's day.

just used a boxed cake mix (i know, i know...) and icing dyed green.  plus googley eyes from the craft aisle, sour gummy worms, candy corns, and plastic vampire teeth that i cut in half bc i couldn't fit the whole set without the cupcake falling apart.  i wish i had a better picture!

if anyone has any ideas on how to adapt these to look more valentine-y, i would appreciate it!  especially since candy corns are in low supply in february.  =)

Those are so cute!
To make them more Valentiney, you could use pink icing and, instead of candy corn, use Hershey's kisses since they have ones in red tinfoil this time of year.

i might use both of those ideas... depending on what i can find leftover in the wreckage that i'm sure is walmart the night before valentine's day.  thanks for the feedback!!
