Hi I've been looking at some of the poppet dolls on here and was just wondering how do you sew on the hair? I've been thinking about making a doll but it would be all hand sewn because I lack a machine, would that be a problem for sewing on hair?

No problem at all!
Here's a few links to tutorials on giving a doll yarn hair without using a sewing machine.
