I claim PFD for a Puffy Heart Pendant Kit!  (cuz I need to enable more jewelry-making greatness!)

2nd claim/1 outstanding/0 sent/0 received

My name is Karen and I live in Austin, TX with my teenaged dd (who typically ends up with most of my swap items   ), a huge, goofy lab-mix and a lovely, prissy cat.

I love designs from the 60's and early 70s (think mod & flower power). Also 50's post-modern. I used to have a 1974 VW Thing and I miss it a lot! I also love Asian designs in fabric and artwork.
I prefer clean lines and bold graphics rather than cutesy or fussy prints.

I was born in the year of the Dragon and I just love them! And English Bulldogs (cute, not fierce).  I love anything magical/wonderous including fairies and Alice in Wonderland.
Also, pretty much any Amy Butler fabric.

Other random things I love: silver jewelry, reading, travel, art, geekery, the periodic table, Scooby-Doo, GLEE!, nature, trees, dandelions, rain, cooking, whimsy. For more info check my wist .

I would love anything from my wist : www.wists.com/luckdragon but especially the things below.  In general, I prefer practical things that can be used (with the exception of small wall art or hoops for
my hoopla wall).  My favorite colors are bolder/earthy tones to 60s mod.  Blues/greens/tangerine/black/white/deep red (again, examples in my wist).  Please no neon colors or pastels.

REALLY would love anything in highlighted below in  PURPLE

Thank you in advance for picking me!!

I claim Luckdragon for a tree of life sculpture!

6/0/4

Hi there!  My name's Kim, I'm 28, and I've been married to my fantastic hubby for 10 years.  We have a french bulldog (Gizmo!) and a pug (Lola).

We're California transplants, living in Austin, TX and loving it! I'm a reader, a maker, and a painter. Trying to become a bit of a do-er and taking Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and Boxing classes. I do, after all, need to burn off some of the food that I love so much - Indian Buffet here I come!

Likes: My favorite colors are purple, dark teal, turquoise, acid green, brown, charcoal, and occasionally pink when it's mixed into a kind of mod pattern that isn't over the top girly. I'm also a fan of colorful polka dots, tentacled critters, goldfish, and owls Smiley

Dislikes: Disney, teddy bears, lacy frou-frou stuff, grandma prints, cabbage roses, puff paint. Puppies and kittens are awesome when I can play with them, not so much when they're crafted.

Crafts

~Wisty Goodness.  It's updated, and I love everything! Where I wisted patterns...I would love it if someone wanted to make the item for me, but I would also be quite happy with the pattern.  I'd make it eventually!
~Anything French Bulldog.  Pugs are popular, so it's easier to find pug things, but not frenchies.
~Painted Umbrella like this one: Spotty Umbrella  I'm not terribly attached to the color, but I love the polka dots!  Or maybe tentacles? An Octopus?
~Mythical creature "taxidermy" - From the cute  to creepy
~Bleach stenciled t-shirts or tank tops with animals Owls, birds, goldfish, giraffes, pretty much anything that's not super cutesy. Women's fitted shirts, (Target, or Old Navy type, I know they always have a ton at Goodwill) size small.
~NEW~Mixed Martial Arts and Crafts T-Shirt I LOVE this t-shirt, but I'm sure it would be hard to make.  Was trying to come up with an easier design, same wording.  Maybe an origami throwing star with MMA&C?
~Decorated Recipe Binder that I can add recipes to.
~Pendants/Necklaces Living Moss PendantPainted Wood PendantStained Glass Pendant, Pebble Necklace, Sloth, ~NEWTangled Wire Choker
~Embroidered Cuff Bracelet  I like the whole thing, but it could be cool with a pattern like this too!
~Wall art My wist and my DA wishlist probably give you a good idea what I like.   and one more.
~Re-usable lunch bag (Small grocery bag size?)  Use your imagination, but it has to fit a microwave meal and some fruit, lol.
~Animal, Monster, or Critter Stuffies Sewn, not knit or crocheted.  They're lovely, but I have plenty of amis! I love Hestia The Hedgehog and Troglodyte
~Cute Needle Book
~Healthy Snacks Home made beef jerky, granola, trail mix, dried fruit, fruit leathers, etc.  Whatever you can make that would ship well!
~Fabric coil coasters I like the colors in these ones about a third of the way down the page
~Owl Pillow
~Glittens! Sewn Convertable Mittens
~Tentacle Hoop a la Jemimah Smiley
~Trashy Novel Wallet Preferably in Sci-Fi or cheesy romance Wink
~Shawl Pin I love all of the Pins by Nicholas and Felice.  I have very short hair, so their hair forks are a no-go, lol.
~Leather Wrap Bracelet Semi Precious beads (Something like this) would be awesome, but I'm sure anything you come up with would be great!
~Tea Pot Cozy Some I like: Two Piece, Recycled Gray Flower, Sock Monkey, Owl, Gathered Fabric I have a 4 cup pot Wink Claimed by Ms. Edie!!
~Raygun Scarf Printed, stencilled, stamped, embroidered....up to you Smiley
~NEWCreepy Necklace Holder I would love this....or doll arms to make my own if you have them or can find them them.  I can't seem to find either dolls with good arms, or the arms themselves (at craft stores).
~NEWSugar Skull Bear Plushy- Now, I'm not normally into sugar skulls in general, but this is just so awesome I can't stand it.

Supplies
I will be happy to take used items and project leftovers off your hands as long as they're clean and relatively new!

~Lead Free Solder
~Soldering Iron Rheostat
~Old clock parts (hands, gears, etc.)
~Fun and funky fabrics like a lot of the stuff Spoonflower sells.   If you know of a cheaper place to get similar fabrics, let me know! Fat Quarters, and even decent sized scraps are cool Smiley
~Colorful fat quarters Different from above, I'm talking about the usual ones you find in any craft store.
~Old unwanted comic books that can be chopped into decoupage fodder.
~Precious Metal Clay  Even a little bit to experiment with.
~Ceramic marking pens  Pebeo Porcelaine or similar
~Throw pillow forms/filler
~Patterns from my wist or any fun amigurumi or plushie patterns (knit, crochet or sewn)
~Cardstock enough to make a lamp. 14+ pieces? Thanks Banga!
~Copyright free bug and critter photos (as in, you took the photo and don't mind if I make a watercolor painting of it) I'm thinking about starting a new "Critters" series of paintings.
~Origami Paper
~Fabric Transfer Printer Paper
~Printable Fabric
~Rotary Cutter
~Shrinky Dink Sheets
~Pins and needles I'll take any size or type!
~Thread of any color At least 100m spools....not the tiny ones out of a drug store sewing kit.
~Interfacing
~Stamp/Lino carving supplies
~NEWDoll Arms! At least 4 so I can make myself a Necklace Holder
~NEWTape Measures I need a bunch for a pouch I want to make

Extras

~One (or more!) of your favorite "lite" recipes  I've been having a blast cooking new healthy tasty foods.  I'd love to make myself a "Craftster Cookbook"
~Hard Candy I'm on a diet, and need to make it last, lol!
~Decaf Tea LOVE peppermint and non-fruity herbals Smiley

I claim Opalgryphon for an owl pillow and maybe a little surprise or two! Smiley

2nd claim /0 sent /0 received

Hiya, I'm Molly! I live in Oklahoma with my hubby (April will be our one year!) in an old 1920's home. We have one fluffy kitty (Arthur), are non-smoking and have no other allergens in our home. I am an office manager by day Mon-Friday (craftster helps me de-stress!!), and an ADD avid crafter the rest of the time. In recent years I love sewing, but also jewelry making, soapmaking, screenprinting (hope to do more in the future) and working with stoneware clay at times.

Likes/dislikes
My wists and etsy faves are a good indicator of my tastes, everything on there makes me happy just to look at it! I love color, designs and texture. My favorite colors are vivid aqua, turquoise and blue greens, grass, sage and the inside of an avocado green. Also daffodil yellow, Riley Blake Summer Song pinks and melons. I really love the combo of citrus colors together, and pictures of Greece with the blue-green ocean, bright white buildings and cobalt blue roofs.

I like nature (owls, birds, trees, water lilies, lotus blossoms), dots, cupcake/sweet themes, Hello Kitty and sweet vintage flower designs. I also really like Victorian, French and Art Nouveau themes.

I do NOT like skulls, 80's, dark/morbid themes, super cutesy/granny crafts, animal prints, strong scents (headaches)

I like black, white and brown as neutral/accent colors, and when it comes to metals silver or antiqued brass/copper, but please no gold. I am allergic to nickel, so sterling silver, silver plated, surgical steel and nickel free metals are best when it comes to earrings-- everything else doesn't matter on the metal.

We are low carb, so please no sugary sweets to tempt me! Smiley

Things in bold I would, like, love you forever! BUT, everything on my list I would be very pleased with. Smiley

Crafted

~Ironing board cover in a fun fabric, standard size-- I don't need padding
~Fabric tags that say The Chartreuse Lily for me to sew into items that I make. *Or* I would be just as pleased with a tute on how to make them with my Print Gocco!
~Yoga pants or skirt, size Medium
~Yoga mat carrying bag
~Handcrafted/stamped notecards/hangtags in any of the themes I like, with or w/o envelopes.
~Needlebook of any kind, but I love this one!
http://www.wists.com/guacaMolly/ca083804edee5d6d013e9765beb96c31
~Huge buttons Especially wooden like these-
 http://www.etsy.com/listing/67020465/gorgeous-mulberry-tree-branch-buttons
~Fitted shirt or tunic in a nature theme, womens size M-L (Pm me for measurements). There are lots of examples on my wists. I would also love a swallow or bird on an upper shoulder, as though it had just swooped over it. I really prefer a girly looking top/tunic over one that looks like a T-shirt, since I would like to wear it on my casual day at the office, and regular T-shirts are too casual.
~A coupon organizer-- mine was cheapy cardboard, and it is falling apart!
~Jewelry stand/organizer for my bedroom. I love the trees like on my wists, but I think they would be difficult to make and expensive to ship! I would be thrilled with anything that would be functional for this, our bedroom is chocolate brown and a very light blue. I mostly wear earrings.
~Hair combs-- metal or any design that you think I would like. I get headaches really easily, and I want to try these to help me hold my thick wavy hair back, away from my face!
~Placemats/table centerpiece (for a small table, 10-11" inches circumference)/napkin rings. Newly married we are definitely still in the acquisition phase, my hubby really likes to decorate for the holidays. Anything springy/Easter, St. Patty's Day, summery/4th of July or year 'round/seasonal in general. We have fall and Christmas covered. Smiley
~Wallet with room for lots of cards, cash, coins and a checkbook! In fabric from my wists/etsy, or I would be happy to send fabric.
Mine that I love that is looking pretty ragged is kind of like this (don't like this fabric)
http://www.etsy.com/listing/65754996/red-black-and-retro-checkbook-wallet

Supplies
I would love vintage/secondhand items, and I would be thrilled with an all supplies package.

~Photo emulsion for making new screens for screenprinting
~Fabric- Any designer prints, or cute fabric you think I'd like. Really cute designer, I would even be thrilled with scraps for patchwork! Anything else from a fat quarter-ish size on up please. Most wanted: anything from or similar to my wist or etsy favorites. Also cotton 'boy' prints; cars, monsters, something to make boy lunch bags, travel art packs, etc. from.
-Solids: I would love solid canvas, duck cloth, home decor weight, kona cotton or linen in any color.
~Sewing books with or without patterns; preferably classic and not dated, or modern like One Yard Wonders or The Bag Making Bible, but I could really use an old school techniques book, too.
~Organza bags in any color
~Dover clip art book, especially with CD included. Please PM me to make sure I don't already have it. Smiley
~Sewing patterns for bags, wallets, purses, slippers, thread catcher.
~Buttons-- love them, all sizes, shapes and colors, need my collection to grow!
 ~100% wool felt
~Resin instruction- I got a lot of molds for Christmas, any tips/tricks/tools of the trade would be greatly appreciated! I'm really interested in resin work like this etsy seller does:
http://www.etsy.com/shop/UnderGlass?ga_search_query=underglass&ga_search_type=seller_usernames
~Medium to heavy weight iron on interfacing
~Walking foot for Janome Sewist sewing machine
~Bias tape attachment foot for Janome
~Hardware for bags/wristlets: Especially magnetic closures-- standard or hidden. Also keychains, lobster claws, D-rings, purse forms etc.
~Snaps, grommets in any size
~Sew in velcro, any color or size
~Sari silk; ribbon or yarn form
~Jewelry supplies: Ring blanks, bracelet blanks, bobby pins, Toggle closures for bracelets/necklaces, lengths of chain, crimp closures like for using silk ribbon for a pendant, pendant trays, ring bezels with trays, jump rings, wire in any gauge, earring findings-- on these, preferably silver plated or sterling, but oxidized/antiqued that is nickel free is welcome.
~Modge podge
~Diamond glaze
~Emery sand for pincushions
~Leather pieces-- any kind, I'd like to experiment with using it for the soles of slippers

I claim GuacaMolly for Handcrafted/stamped notecards/hangtags in any of the themes I like, with or w/o envelopes.

6th claim, 3 sent, 3 outstanding, I received 2 claims.

Hello.  I am puzzler and I live in Connecticut, US.  I like simple and useful things.  I love the idea that something was re-purposed or recycled, so if you can be green while crafting something for me- that would be wonderful. Please don't send me anything pink.  I like green/gray/blue colors or black and white combinations.  Any peaceful shades or patterns are OK.  Thank you! Smiley

Things I would love to get:

CRAFTS:

Something featuring interesting type. I am into typography and would love a  journal or pillow cover (or something else)  with some nice letters or words on it.  I can come up with a word or quote, if you want to try this, but don't know where to start.  A mug with nice looking type design would be great too.  (I already have coasters- thanks Dawl!)

NEW WISH: Big T-shirts (XL - 2XL) in white, blue or gray with black image of a tree like this one http://www.etsy.com/listing/12437609/bare-tree-t-shirt-on-lemon-american Or perhaps a question mark or letter "a" few inches tall.  Hm.  Ask me about this or surprise me!

NEW WISH: pajama pants 2XL (i can give you exact measurements) in a solid color or white and green (or white and blue or black and white) stripes or something like it.

Writing journal/altered book.  (mixed papers would be great) Perhaps something with writing prompts or ideas?

Swap journal, where I can keep track of who I am sending to or who is sending things to me would be nice.

Stationery something modest, simple or inspired by tv shows/books I like (Psych, House, Office, Disc world, etc- I can provide a ton of these).  It doesn't have to be a set either- if you like making cards, but not envelopes- that's great, if your specialty is envelopes- that's nice too.

Fabric bucket (bucket/bag made of fabric for either my yarn or fabric storage, etc)

zippered bag, something around 5x9 inches made from cotton fabric and with lining.

water bottle bag/holder

How to Kit (quilting, embroidery/needlework, felting,  whatever your specialty happens to be).

I would LOVE this kind of slippers: http://wists.com/puzzler/e3fd698d80ecb769570e9eba3c942033?offset=0 or other slippers from my wist.  Size 9-10

Snack baggies  (one or two) (like this, for instance: http://www.wists.com/puzzler/2fb140159c5154d0ef456d0d15cc68f9?offset=0  )

Anything from my wist: http://wists.com/puzzler

CRAFT SUPPLIES:

Circular needles ANY size!

Anything made of bamboo wool, crochet hook or knitting needles.  I want to try it.

quilting tools or supplies

 black inkpads

stamp making supplies (giant erasers or carving blocks)

any natural yarn (wool, cotton)

Nice fabric (nothing too flowery, pink or girly).

EXTRAS:

Books or magazines with knitting, crochet or sewing projects. I am more interested in great patterns, than in the how to do these crafts.

General crafts books or books on mail art.

Please feel free to ask me any questions.  Thanks for reading and thanks if you want to make me something!   Smiley

I claim puzzler for some supplies and a snack bag.  Maybe a zipper bag too Smiley

This is my 6th claim with 2 sent and 3 received.

My name is Mimi and I am a stay at home mom in West Palm Beach, FL.  I love practical, useful items for myself or for my 2 year old son, Sky.  Love nature and nature inspired items.  Favorite colors are green, blue and brown.  I also like red accents.  Favorite things are octopus, birds and trees.  Most of my house is decorated in hand made items so I always love wall art or other decor.  I am not a girly person and don't use much bath & body stuff other than bubble bath and bar soap.  I am also not a fan of country, babyish or animal prints.  Please do not send me anything purple or pink.  I also don't do jewelry or niknaks.

Crafts:

Wall art that says "I'm sew happy" - vinyl, sewn, painted, whatever!

A toddler sized backpack for my son.  You would be my hero if you could do something with trains on it - maybe similar to this one (although I would prefer his name not be on it): http://www.etsy.com/listing/67761835/personalized-train-quilted-toddler?ref=v1_other_1

T shirts - size medium, or large if they are fitted.  I don't do jrs. shirts.  I like stenciled, embroidered or dyed.  Maybe a shirt with a little bird on the front side?  Or a robot?  Or a tree!! Smiley
Here are a few examples of other stuff I like:
http://www.etsy.com/listing/62908624/gift-sale-trees-tshirt-goth-graphic-tee
http://www.etsy.com/listing/44356593/red-snake-crew-t

I would love you forever if you made me this shirt in a non-tight/clingy medium or large: http://www.etsy.com/listing/10837611/brave-men-run-in-my-family-adult-large

Artwork for my walls - I like anything nature inspired or funky.  Here is an example of stuff I like:
http://www.etsy.com/listing/46110213/a-living-tree-on-the-left
http://www.etsy.com/listing/62632144/retro-abstract-tree-painting-art-print

http://www.etsy.com/listing/60660537/madart-16x20-print-abstract-fine-art

Pottery - I like funky, different stuff.  Useful containers are always great!  Especially could use a sponge holder for by the kitchen sink!

Fun pajama pants or shorts - size medium

Magazine Holders

Felt Circle Art

Octopus surprise!!  No stuffies though please Smiley

Pool stuff - embellished towels, candle holders, serving tray, yard art - We spend a LOT of time out by the pool in the summer so stuff for out there is great!

Hooded towel for my 2 year old in blue

Funky wind chime or whimsy collection to hang out by the pool

Hoopla!  Trees, birds, octopus, whatever!  There are a few on my wist that I particularly like.  I really, really, really want these:

I claim atsuko for a modified scrappy needle roll (and probably a zippered pouch or two)

3rd claim/0 sent/0 received

5-2-3

Hello, My name is Monica. I live in North Carolina at the beach. I am a happy go lucky girl not to uptight and just love to have fun and enjoy crafts and homemade gifts are wonderful. I have cancer I have to keep saying it as I just know I will kick the shit out of it and win..I am raising my 2 grandkids. It is hard to really do it again but I love being with them and know they are doing great and happy well adjusted kids. I have 2 dogs now as my Buster passed away on the 14th  Cry My heart broke that day. I miss him so much but he had almost 16 years and was never abused like our other 2 that we rescued so he has always had a charmed life.

I really hate neon, I don't like country looking, I totally dislike granny looking fabric little flowers like gramdma and  Laura Engels looking and OMG the Andy Warhol GAG..don't know why I just cant stand it.

We cant have anything from an indoor smokers home, you must wash hands good if outdoor smokers as it is the sticky tar stuff not really the stinky smoke that my granddaughter can be around. ALSO, we both have metal issues so must be nickle free at least the earring post and metal that touches my neck...I.E. the chain

I claim Babalina for some hoopla art. Smiley

4-1-2

Hi! My name is Trish and I live on the coast in New Haven, Connecticut (UNITED STATES) with my wonderful husband and our two silly dogs, (pitbull rescues.) I am about to turn 31, how did that happen?! I feel much younger. I am originally from Texas and don't think I will ever get used to winter. I am also in school to be an Art teacher. Sewing and embroidery are currently my most loved crafts but I also knit, crochet and paint. (And dabble in all kinds of other stuff.)

My favorite color is kelly green, especially paired with browns, khakis and blues. I am not really a fan of bright primary colors paired together, much more into neutrals. Themes I like:

forest animals/foxes
fantasy (dragons especially) My favorite book(s) is A Song of Ice and Fire.
Zombies
classic video games, (Zelda, Gradius, Super Mario Bros are the faves)
Sideshow Freaks
dia los de muerte/ sugar skulls
I collect Maneki Neko's (Lucky Cats.)
Rollerskating (non derby but not artistic either)
Artsy Imagery of Classic Nintendo, vintage typewriters, classic vespas, vintage cameras, vintage sewing machines.
I also think maps are also pretty nifty. Especially old maps.
I am a huge fan of Star Wars, Indiana Jones and Lord of the Rings.
pin up girls from the 30's - 40's.

I don't wear jewelry of any kind.
I don't really like floral prints unless they are very modern. (some muted florals for embroidery hoops may be an exception, look at my wists for ideas.)
Don't really like overly bright colors.
I am allergic to cigarette/cigar/marijuana smoke
Also allergic to perfumes/flowery scents/patchouli (most essential oils in soaps and stuff are ok)
Nothing religious please
clothing/aprons etc Stencils, Screenprints or Applique only please. No iron ons or puffy paint or any of that stuff that tends to not last very long at all.

BIG WISHES = *** but I will love anything you choose to make/send. Thank you for choosing me!!!!!!
