Update: Added Beaded Kuromi pendant- Horribly done, but I still thinks it's a little cute.

Is not horribly done, my 8 year old niece tried to snag it today.  Now I have to make one!

AND yes.... I am the lucky one, my Badtz Maru glass is now my official smoothie glass, and the Kuromi glass is staying put.  I told you I would win that argument.

My hubby keeps on wondering why he never gets anything in these swaps but Jesse and I always do,  I might have to do a personal swap with v3nu5 for something WOW since you both are into it.  PM me and let me know. Grin

Here is my awesome package from H00lie!

First I'll start with the crafted items.  She made me this cute purple Hello Kitty purse. This is the first thing she has ever sewn and I think it looks awesome! I would have never known it was her first time sewing because it's so well done.  Smiley  The purple flower button is adorable and I can't wait to use it!  Cheesy

Decorated Chopsticks.  Each one is inspired by different one of my favortie characters. White, pink and black for Kuromi. White and red for Hello Kitty. Black, white and red for Chococat.  I think these are really cute and I'll try to get a better picture up of them.

Here is a close-up of the chopsticks. I was running out of daylight but you can still see the pretty beads on top!

A cute Pandapple Cross stitch that I plan on hanging up in my craft room!

A lot of extras! Hello Kitty socks which I've been wanting to order some but haven't gotten around to! A Hello Kitty calender, Hello Kitty notepads, Hello Kitty silly bandz, jelly beans, Hot Tamales (my favorite candy!) a cute little collectible figure and Hello Kitty Pretzels!  I love it all!! Smiley

A close-up of the pretzels because I thought they were cute.  Only a few made it through the mail in tact.

A close up of the Hello Kitty collectible "World Adventures" figure.  She is tiny and super cute!  I want all of them now!

I think I probably just over used the word "cute" but it's a Hello Kitty Swap so how can you not?! Thank you H00lie I really loved everything and this swap was fun.  I can't wait for another round!  Smiley

v3nu5 - those etched glasses are amazing.  I love making etched glasses, but I've never made a design that elaborate.  Do you have any tips you can share for making more complicted designs?  I try to simple solid shapes, I've done a little lettering, but making the letter stencils was sooo frustrating.

The whole package is great, but what a great and creative idea for the pretzels!

I love that purse, the purple flower really is adorable- its the cherry on top. Those pretzels & jelly beans look delish! Great package. Tongue

If it's something that is detail heavy I tend to use puffy tshirt paint. I use a picture of what I want and tape it to the insde of the glass or mug and try and free hand an outline of the picture and then I use an exacto knife to clean up the messes. If its a big space and it's pretty generalized I use clear contact paper. When I first put the etching cream on i dab it on with a sponge brush for the first 5 minutes, then move it around the next 5-8. Depending on how many things you are doing, if you want to save on cream scrape off the etching solution from the first project and spread it on your second, add to fill in gaps, rinse repeat as needed. Cheesy

If you want any other tips, pm me or check the glass craft boards.
