These are my first attempts at bookmarks. The steampunk and Warcraft ones are for my oldest son. I really like the steampunk one, and discovered while doing it that it's much easier to burn paper on an electric stove element than with an open flame, plus it gives a lot more control. Truth be told, I'm not in love with the Warctaft one because it seems pretty boring to me. However, my son loved it, so I'm counting it as a win  Smiley

The double-sided butterfly/bird bookmark was inspired by all the awesome Rapunzel scarves I've been seeing lately.

I'm in love with making bookmarks now  Smiley

OMG , those are amazing.  I recently got back into reading and those bookmarks would really encourage me to read even more. Great job!

What a simple yet lovely project!  They all turned out wonderful, but I especially love the one made from a pattern envelope!

Thanks also for the tip on burning...I never thought just to use my stove burners! Cheesy

These are all awesome, but I really love the brown and gold side of the rapunzel one!

Those are great! I really like the antiquey look of the flying machine one. I think it's my favorite.
