Some would say that OCD and crafters don't go together well. I respectfully disagree! My sister saw my bookcase remodel and told me to post it on craftster, so here it is!

Laptop buddha says: "Stop organizing and do your homework!"

Boxes, embroidery hoops, etc. from swaps! You can see the spoils from my Wist swap, TrueBlood swap, Wayward Victorian swap, and Hunger Games swap. I love boxes, as you can probably tell!

I adore your sense of color coding! My clothes closet looks very similar. I have to take another look at my books! LOL.

I think your bookcase looks beautiful!

Ya just can't stop a crafty girl!

It looks just like the skin I got for my kobo e-reader. I love the colour arrangement.

Having your books sorted by colour like that looks really cool... but I could never do it, how do you find stuff? I need to have them in alphabetical order Smiley It would drive me crazy... but, yeah...it looks really nice!

I agree that OCD and crafting can go together quite wonderfully! My closet also looks like this think I have too many books to do this on my shelf though, plus i like to keep it organized by category. Sometimes I'd say OCD tendencies can even be helpful to crafting!

this is exactly how every bookcase and closet in my house looks.  is it wrong for everything to be in rainbow order?  i say no.  is it wrong to buy a book simply because the "orange section" of your bookshelf needs some help?  again, i say no.
