I received!! Here's everything!

The beginning:

Boyfriend wanted to participate. He unwound while I wound.

The first item!

Next, a fat quarter!

Another fat quarter.

Next popped out an awesome pouch with embroidery thread inside. I looked inside and found two ear cuffs! This is exactly how it went down:
"Wow, what an awesome pouch!"
*Found first earcuff*
"Oh, she totally faked me out"
*Found second ear cuff*
"Oh my god. There's another one!"

Next, some dark blue yarn and a pin cushion. Totally needed one of these!

Then, I found a wrap skirt from Africa! I sooooo love this!!!

Finally, a bag with Ecuador's flag colors on it aka the Colombian flag. Wink

And here's all the loot!

I love everything! Thank you so much!!  Grin

Yay!! I'm soo glad you like it all! I had lots of fun putting it together.

I was going to put "Ecuador" or the coat of arms on the bag...but discovered that I just wasn't that talented and I was really afraid of messing it all up Tongue so for now it is the colombian bag Wink

These must be some ginormous surprise balls!   Shocked
Lovely loot. My favorites are the brain ice cube tray...
the caffeine molecule mug sleeve
and those ear cuffs are might neat

 Grin

Partner, your surprise ball is the normal size.  Please don't hate me.  However, I spent a considerable amount of time picking out and making the goodies to include in it.  I think I did a pretty good job...but the items are physically much smaller than some of the loot in this gallery.   Love, me.

It's not a matter of size, but a matter of heart.

aw, don't feel bad! mine would have been normal size too... if I didn't have the brain mold box in the middle of it.  Cheesy
but it's truly the thought that's put into the "surprises" that counts! Wink

hahaha!  Thanks, I'm just amazed at the size of some of these surprise balls.  I didn't even think about the fact that as long as I had enough of the wrappings I could go as big as I wanted.  Ah well.  I liked the challenge of thinking of and making small stuff to wrap up in it.  Smiley

I didn't even think about wrapping the "extras" in the yarn ball...so it will be a yarn ball and miscellaneous stuff on the side.

Making granny squares out of my pistachio yarn. Thanks again, Shan-E-Bear!
I think we should post what we make from our yarn.

That would be cool, but some of us are yarn hoarders. I think I'm getting sock yarn and patterns, and since I've never made socks before, I'm'a be at it for a while.
