Both items are awesome!!

I've wanted to make a convertible dress for some time. Do you mind me asking what kind of material you used?

And I know I'd for one love the tutorial if you do end up making one for the shirt!

The fabric is a stretchy slinky deal, it's almost spandex but not quite. I can't say what it is exactly.. I got it at Michael Levine Loft (they sell remnants and discontinued fabrics for $2.50 a pound - its all unlabled you just dig it out of big cardboard boxes...) I know they had the same fabric in their main store as well, but I didn't bother to look and see what it was made of.. anything stretchy and slinky would look the same =)

As far as the tutorial goes, I'm stll undecided... I kinda want to make one, but then again that would mean I'd have two of the same style shirt.. maybe I'll make it for a tute and then modify it into something else. .hmm we'll see haha

oooh! Love the bikini, is it hard to do? I need underwire in my bikinis you see and I am slightly afeared of trying to do it!
Also your stripy top is really really nice Smiley

It all looks great.  I love the shirt, and how it's reversible.

The bikini isn't too hard. I just took a bra that the washer and dryer had mutilated, seam ripped each piece separate, then used them as a pattern. All original elastic, underwire, snaps, and padding were used the only thing that changed was the fabric on top. =) If you have a beat up bra it's a good way to re-purpose it ^_^

It's actually much easier than it seems
