A woman I used to work with asked me if I could make her mini sushi plushies. I've never done so myself, and not being all that familiar with sushi, I took inspiration from all different plushies/actual sushi and went to town. I think these little guys are cute; I hope she is happy with them!

They took about three days to complete, as they are 100% hand sewn (I'm not good at working on small scales so I didn't dare use my machine) and I have a 5 month old baby that occupies quite a bit of my time.

Please don't mind the computer; my crafting table is black and they sort of... blended in  Tongue

Their happy little faces Smiley

The tops (and bottoms!) Doesn't look very edible, does it? Tongue

Thanks for looking! Smiley

Thank you so much! I don't usually work in 3-D when it comes to sewing so I was pleasantly surprised when they were finished!

The applique parts go up pretty fast while watching movies. I did mine through Shutter Island and Goodfellas. I would like to make a big giant one as a pillow!
