This super cute bear hat is my first real successful bear hat. It is leaps above my first hat that I had tried to make. I have to realize I need to keep it simple with things. But I loooove it.

Editt::::
I'm not good with reading patterns but I'm going at visualizing how to make something by pictures.

To make this hat you need to know how to:
 crochet a heart,
 a hat,
 half circles in varying sizes,
 how to use a tapestry needle,
cut out circles.

 I looked at a few websites to learn to make a heart because I needed a diagram.

I think I looked at this site to practice:
http://www.skiptomylou.org/2009/01/28/crochet-heart-garland/

Th half circle I made up myself.

The eyes I looked at Kawaii bears from google. I love anime so the highlights were necessary. I used stiff felt and fabric glue.

Sew the pieces on with the tapestry needle. Smiley
I hope that helped!!!

Thanks everyone. I don't know if I'll be able to make a tutorial but I think I could give links to what I used to be inspired by it and maybe that will help. Give me a little time and I will post the links. Smiley
