For Christmas I made these Lalaloopsy look-alikes for two little girls that were crazy about Lalaloopsy but wanted more "lovey" versions to cuddle with!  The originals are hard plastic all over.  I made their clothes separately and they both turned out pretty big.  Each Lalaloopsy has a pet too!

Wow! Both of these dolls are amazing, they're just as good as the originals. And the pets are so cute too. Smiley (My mother got me one of the dolls for christmas, and even though I'm not a kid I still love it.)  Tongue

Also I'm wondering, did you make the pattern for these, or did you find one? If you make the pattern would you be willing to share it?

Currently interested in doing a personal swap, I'm thinking retro-look/rockabilly clothing. Let me know if you'd be interested. ^_^

These are adorable! When I first saw the commercials for Lalaloopsy dolls I thought they wer soft and home-made looking.  When I saw them in person I was so disappointed to find they were hard and made of plastic!  These are so much better! Great job!

OMG! Those are sooo cute! I got my daughter one of the original dolls for Christmas and I was disappointed when i found out she was a hard plastic doll. I would love to make a soft version for her. Your work is awesome!

Shocked  These are SO AMAZING!!!  I would much rather buy a doll like this than a hard plastic doll manufactured to look home-made.

I love the one with the purple hair!   Cheesy  the pink one's dress is adorable!
