Within the next fortnight or so me and my boyfriend are moving into the first house we can actually decorate and stuff like it's our own...

I'm SOOOOOO stoked!

But I need some ideas... It's a bigger task than I imagined... And I've got this kind of idea of how I'd like it, but I'm really scatterbrained... And I keep thinking about the small stuff instead of the bigger more important stuff...

I've got an idea for the kitchen cupboards, dark blue with brown stencils of hydrangea or some pretty stencils I can find...
I also wanna stencil gold designs on the ceiling, and black designs on the fans...

But it's a 4 bedroom house, + hallway + dining area + kitchen + laundry + bathroom + toilet
And I've only got 3 ideas @_@...

Links would be awesome... Please help if you can @_@...
My Tumblr has a few of my little ideas -> inspirational-love.tumblr.com

<3 Thanks guys!

I just moved into a new place as well, and was about to leave a post similar to yours. My plan is to be as thrifty and green as possible in my new habitat. Reusing, recycling, and revamping as much as possible. I don't have any links for you, but one of the easiest crafts to start with are curtains. Basic panel-type ones are super easy to sew, and depending on the fabric, they can transform a room.
Keep posting about your decorative adventures!
