CAUTION!! Crazy cat lady approaching!!

I made a new handbag a while ago, and wanted some accessories for it - when I came to posting them I realised I never posted my actual bag - so here we go - bag & accessories!

I made the bag lining from a lovely cushion cover I found for a quid:

I also added a small back pocket with an invisible zip, and my tag!

The finished article (sorry - I is rather picture-crappy):


Then I made a small zippered bag for girly things, a diary cosy, complete with random child's tiara gem, and a book cosy. I made them out of co-ordinating grey material, with a pink ribbon trim and a checked soft inner material that I got on offer for 70p, and when I got it home and opened it, the widest part was 8" across - d'oh!!


The book cosy has a ribbon and button tie, so that is an adjustable size for different size books:
