I scored a large Frida ceramic tile at a thrift store just a few days ago. The cashier was jealous. The woman beside me asked who HE was.

I love this. SHE is beautiful. I love the accessories, everything is so perfect!

This is awesome! I ♥ Frida.  I have wanted to make a Frida doll for a long time, but have just never gotten around to it (though I have some parts cut).
Great fabric choice for the skirt.

thank you everyone for the great comments. i have a lot of fun making these dolls. everything i used to make her is recycled. muslin scraps i got from a mattress factory, old jewelry, and her clothing is made from old clothing. her hair is an braided hairband. the pattern is from a doll making book by patti cuela

I think I have one or two of her books!  I will have to take the time to really check them out.
