Well it's been a while since I posted something up here I almost forgot how! Tongue Here is a bracelet inspired by Alice in Wonderland, a story I have loved since I was a child.
The chain is black because that is one of my favourite colours and when I saw it in the store with the inner chain I couldn't pass it up. Also because I think when she falls down the rabbit hole there is a bit a blackness due to knowning, there is actually a lot of that in the story. As well with the weaving of the inner chain, I feel Alice is a story within a story.
There are 12 charms on this bracelet: Alice of course, the white rabbit, the mad hatter's hat, cards, a knight chess piece, the cheshire cat, a mushroom, a heart, a crown, a key, a queen chess piece, and a tea cup.
Thanks for looking! comments, good and bad welcome...anything to help me better my skills  Cheesy

I love things like this. I love the way you can look at something and only see part of the story, so the next time you look at it you see something you missed before. I love using stories to inspire what I do, but I have to be honest and say I have never taken it to any jewellery I have made. Well done! Love it!

Thanks Kat, you should try it! I joined one of the loaded bracelets swaps last year, not really knowing what I was doing. They gave us a tut on how to do everything and I thought "I can do that" and I was hooked!

I absolutely love this....I really want to get more into jewelry. I'll have to go to Micheals sometime as my local Walmart is lacking in selection.

honeybeee, thanks! most of my charms I got online, as for the chain and beads I got them at Walmart, but I guess it does depend on location. (I hope this doesn't mean you will be disappointed with yours)

I absolutely LOVE the colors on this one.. Just enough color, yet not too much. I think I may have to hunt down that tute that you mentioned Wink
