I just scored an awesome bunch of vintage buttons so I'm itching for a button swap!
Has there been one recently and I missed it? I did a search and didn't see anything.

Last one I did we sent a selection of buttons and swapped a medium and small item I think?

I'm thinking sign-ups through the end of the month, February to craft, and send outs about March 1? This is just a general idea.

Interested??  Cool

I would be up for a button swap, I have tons of buttons that I've been looking to use up. I have vintage buttons from both my great brandmas, my moms stash and my local fabric store sells them by the pound so I bought 2 pounds (which means a lot of buttons)

There was a thread started about this theme a couple of months ago but I don't think anything happened with it:  http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=365014.0
I'd love to do one, but I'm not sure I could part with the buttons I have. They came from my mom and both of my grandmothers and some farther back than that. Definitely keep an eye on this, though...

Thanks, I posted to that swap.

You certainly don't have to part with your family buttons! I just happen to score some vintage ones which is why I mentioned them. You can use ANY buttons!

I would join a button swap if on started.  I love making things with my buttons.  I just recently scored some cute vintage buttons from Goodwill.

Hoping for a few more interested parties before I post sign-ups. Maybe the weekend will bring more swap browsers Wink

This sounds fun!  I have A TON of vintage buttons that I swiped from my grandma! (with her permission of course)  I'm not sure what I would craft, are you wanting something made from buttons or could it be anything?  I'm not sure what to make with buttons.
