That catepillar puppet is a beautiful idea.

So far everyone's doing a great job with their packages! Excitedly waiting to get one myself. Smiley

My pre-k class is absolutely obsessed with puppets and puppet shows.  We will definitely be adding spoon puppets to our collection.  Yours are just adorable!

(blush) well thanks for all the compliments.
The spoon puppets are sooo easy to do, I've done the 3 billy goats gruff as well.  The hungry caterpillar is one of my favorite books and puppets so I'm glad to let someone else love one as well. The sachets are the natural mothballs you asked for and they do smell awesome Cheesy

Thanks!

Natural mothballs!! I'm so dumb - I totally forgot I asked for them! I'm so excited now though; DH is terrified his suits will be ruined. He'll be very happy when I tell him Smiley

I'm totally loving the hungry caterpillar puppet.  that's absolutely clever.  And the spoon puppets, duh. why didn't i think of that?!  Next time I'm at ikea I'm stocking up on the 1$ variety packs, and making puppets for my kids and their cousins.

I'm back..from ahem..Venice..(yes it was fab)

and now the amazing amazing haul that I got from dragonflower...many many pix..but she sent me much much goodness..Including this fabulous hoodie that she stencilled..(I am wearing it at the moment..i love it, it fits perfectly too) this is me-the day before the trip- (even bigger smile since I got back)

Just in case you think I am exaggerating about the amount of stuff that she sent..this is all of it together..with me in for size reference.

Ok so you can see some great books and magazine..love these as I can't get any of them here, Including a great book on creativity, which I can't wait to dive into, plus some great paper crafting supplies, tapes, a little fingertip cutters (I have wanted one of these for ages!!)...and GLITTER..in many different colours

and fabric..OK I am a total fabric tart and love any kind, but I really love these, most of these aren't FQ btw..they are bigger! My absolute favourite is the dragonfly one.

because I do so many different kinds of crafts, she sent me loads of supplies for different things (have I told you yet that I love this girl) this is the paper haul, a brilliant mix of vintage, new, ephemera, stickers, cardboard shapes, pictures, board books to alter..and I hope you can see the image in the centre..she made me a beautiful piece of wall art..a goddess with the four seasons.

and do you think that is all...oh no...she also bound me an absolutely gorgeous journal, it has the magician on the cover (one of my favourite tarot cards) she made some little books from the offcuts, in this photo are some lovely little whimsies..and a vintage kodak box (i used to work for kodak UK a million years ago, so this is especially appropriate)

the journal has blank pages with the signatures bound in scrapbooking paper and put together with a coptic stitch..isn't it gorgeous

so wasn't I outrageously and utterly spoilt?Huh?

Thanks dragonflower

Wow! What a haul! You totally deserve that, Edel. The hoodie looks fantastic on you. I'm most impressed with the journal - and the extra mini-books made from the scraps. And all that fabric!? Maybe now you can join the FQ swap!  Wink

Oh, Edel, the hoodie looks gorgeous on you- I'm so glad it fits!
OK I am a total fabric tart and love any kind

LOL- I'm a "total fabric tart" too- all of that was from my stash, except the FQ's that have labels, and I had more I wanted to add, but ran out of room in the box.
How cool that you used to work for Kodak! They were tossing some old slides at work and I snagged the boxes- I think the way they are made would lend itself to some cool altering.
I'm so glad that you like everything!  Smiley
