Given a cape, tiara and a strong cup of coffee, yeah, I could rule the world.

Thanks guys! I honestly did not have the idea of zipper pulls in mind . . i made them for my 4 year old for a necklace or bracelet . . . . then while I was holding them i was like . .  'hey....  wait a minute' . . . serious lightbulb action lol. i wrapped them with wire to the zippers but split rings would be good for that too . . . the pulls work AWESOME!!

These are so cool! I've been wanting to do this for a while now, but I don't have any washers and my New Year's resolution was to buy as little as possible and focus on destashing mostly. I didn't know you could get fishing lures at the dollar store, but it makes me wonder what else we can cover with this technique...old keys? Buttons? Guitar picks? Used gift cards? I'm sure I can use this to get rid of some of the odds and ends I've been hoarding for so long.

yes, my ex had picked some up for me years ago to do something with and that's where he got them! lures or leads as someone said, or whatever they are :S lol . . .
I am OBSESSED, this is so addictive . . funny you say that . . .  my ipod was all scratched so i covered that just yesterday and my cheaper-kind of cell phone had a cracked front, so i covered that too!! pics to come soon

Ok, ok, I'll just post a quick pic here!

Those are cute! I've never covered my phone before, but I did do my ipods some time ago, and I even posted them on here, but it was ages back. Mine didn't have bling, though!

They are awesome.  Can you describe the technique you used?
Thanks.

I LOVE the idea of revamping my phone! Am definately going to put this on my list of things to do! My phone is very boring but functional, I think funky would be better!

I love these!  Are the edges lined in anything.  In the picture they look silver, is that just the edge of the washer.

that is the edge of the washer . . . i cut the paper flush; had i wrapped it around the edges, the dimensional magic probably would have ran off the sides. Theis way there is the tiniest edge to keep the very runny stuff on so it sets
