My boyfriend is a big fan of Monster Hunter and I'm a big fan of the pig in Monster Hunter! For those who don't know, in the game, the main character has a pet pig that you can disguise in different costumes. The rest of the game is really manly, but this part is totally cute Tongue !

One of the pig's costume is a repica of the main character's starting costume, which is a winter kit that I find absolutely adorable. I had a pig that looked like the one in the game, so I decided to make him a mofumafu kit!

I patterned it myself, making it as I went along. First, I did the suit itself, starting at the tail. What you don't see here is that it's open on the underside. I added buttons, so it's an interchangeable outfit.

After, I did the hood and the edges of the legs, with fuzzy yarn and purl stitches. I did the little blanket separately and stitched it to the suit. The last part is the tail cover, which is the only part that was crocheted.

Here is another photo, from the top. You can see the blanket and tail cover better on this one.

I'm planning on doing more outfits for my pig from the ones in the game!

Fantastic! I recognised the outfit as being from Monster Hunter before I even read the title of the thread. Nice work, that is seriously cute. Cheesy

I love that pig! It's not handmade though. But the cool thing is that it is filled with heatable beads like a MagicBag!
