Plastic Canvas sheets the stiff kind, (A4 or 10.5 inches by 13.5 inches) I’m making some crochet cakes and the plastic canvas is the base to build upon. Only problem is that plastic canvas is a hard find here in Aus.
Vanna’s Choice Yarn in Chocolate, Aqua, beige or white – I’m in love with this yarn – yes I know it acrylic but I’m still in love lol.
Stitch markers
Card making kits like the ones from my wist (tagged card_making_kits). My daughter and I used to subscribe to a card of the month kit, only she is 5 and the kits got a bit too advanced.  She is quite skilled but if it involved a lot of calculated folds or cuts on the angle she gets a bit discouraged.

Pre cut white cardstock for making cards. Doesn’t need to be pre folded, but pre cut would be great.

Hi all!

I live in the rainy northwest, and love nature – especially the forest and the ocean.  Blue is my favorite color and has been my whole life, but I also like all jewel tones (green, red, purple).  Besides crafting, I'm really into bellydance, and have recently started expanding my horizons with flamenco and Bollywood dance classes as well! - t-shirts/singlets with wide shoulder straps and my derby name & number on the back. I don't have enough scrimmage tops.

 - Derby Kitbag. This needs to be strong, because it will carry a lot of weight. Straps so I can carry it on my shoulder/across my back. Ventilation a big plus, believe me. It'll need to hold a pair of skates, a helmet, big kneepads, elbow pads, wristguards, mouthguard, and I'd love dedicated spots for skate tools, skate parts, my contact lenses, extra scrimmage tops & water bottle.

 - knee pad covers. Yeah, this is a weird one, but we sometimes skate in venues that don't allow kneepads, so we've got to cover them up. PM me, and I'll go over the specifics.

 - Protective cases and purses for my things like the iPod, the smartphone, camera, the cords and power adapters I carry around with me every day.

 - Something with the chemical symbols for caffeine, capsaicin, or theobromine on them - jewellery or t-shirts are cool

Speaking of patterns & such - knitting/sewing patterns for simple summer tops. Only proviso is that they need to look good on someone with smallish bone structure, but massive boobs. (Curse my life, I'm like a 32GG according to my sports bra) So V-shape or wide sort of necklines, straps wide enough to cover up the fabric engineering feat that is my bra, etc etc.

I like rollerderby, but I bloody well HATE the Sublime Stitching rollerderby series. It's awful. My team colours are black and gold, if you ask I'll tell you my derby name & number

I like geek and nerd stuff. I'm a humanities girl, but I try to understand science and physics. I am a big big fan of spreadsheets & diagrams. I also am well versed in internet life & memes and the suchlike.

I like animation - Futurama, Ulysses 31, Chobits, GTO: Great Teacher Onizuka and La Linea. I also like manga, but most of the stuff that people rave about... I don't know it. I like Kimi wa Petto best of anything I've read in the last few years.

So I am from up in Canada, in Southwestern Ontario in a small town surrounded by a beautiful artistic community and a lot of farms.  I have a wonderful Scottie dog, named Peter, and I'm in the midst of starting a Scottie dog ANYTHING collection.  So far I have soaps, some artwork, some ceramic figurines and some Scottie dog pyjamas.  I am also a big fan of artwork, prints, illustrations, doodles and awesome quotes. Colours that I love include blues, greys, purples and burnt orange.  I also love masks.

My name is Karin, I live in Gothenburg, Sweden where I study at Uni. I am 26 years old, no kids, and I live with my boyfriend of 5 yrs, Keith. ALLERGIES
I suffer from migraines so please NOTHING musk/amber/patchouli/dragon's blood or floral scented. Unless it smells like you can eat it, it will give me a migraine. I LOVE fruit and dessert scents greatly though. Also, please no bar soaps (skin is sensitive to glycerin) and nothing with artificial sweeteners like NutraSweet (aspartame) or Splenda (sucralose) as I'm allergic to both.

Crafty Wishes

Sewing
-- Nook cover! I like this style a lot. (Also, like the one by mimiw! I got a regular Nook (NOT nook color) for Christmas and I'd like some cases! I put some fabric examples and such here and some here for fabric inspiration ideas.

 -- A Lapboard I really need a new one. Something comfy so I can use my heavy laptop on the couch more comfortably. I like this one a lot but it wouldn't have to be that exact color/fabric. Just the style is really useful.

   -- A Day Tote/Weekender Bag. There's not a thing I don't love about this one for example, but it could be in different fabrics of similar colors for example. It looks sturdy and says it has pockets and the shape is really lovely. I also really like this one which would be a lovely weekender bag since I don't own any luggage. And of course, Amy Butler's pattern is neat but it wouldn't have to be in her fabric.

 -- A simple robe. I really like this style. Doesn't have to be exactly like that but I like the Japanese/Asian/Cherry Blossom influence, but it could be other colors/patterns that I like as well. Doesn't need to be form-fitting, can be a little roomy just not too oversized. (A little roomy is fine.) I'm generally a US size 4.

 -- Greek Goddess Halloween Costume like this. I LOVE this costume and it would be awesome to have it made for me and my measurements (which I can provide!) instead of buying one off the shelf that never fits!

 --  A Cozy Winter Summer Wrap like this thread BUT lightweight. I have the most awesome warm version already but I'd love a lighter weight version for wearing in chilly air conditioning like at work as well. It's hot outside but sometimes a touch chilly inside. Not enough for a jacket, but enough your arms are a little cold.  (tutorial here) Some neutral color/pattern (grey, white, beige, etc.) would probably be easiest to wear a lot.

 -- Fabric buckets like this! I have a great project bag now I use for my jewelry tools, but...I could use another! (Or more!) I do most of my beading/crafting on the couch and it's nice to stash things away in something like this.

 -- Cute "Rockabilly" Style Dress I LOVE this style but obviously in adult size. And no pink please, it doesn't look good on me. I wear a US size 4 and could send more specific measurements too. I just love how fun and flirty it is!

 -- Kitchenaid Stand Mixer Cover. I've got a few examples of ones I like here. Mine's the "Classic" style.

Knitting & Crochet
-- Cable Knit Fingerless Gloves. I love the color, the cable (I love cable!!) and the fact they're a soft acrylic for easy care. Yes please!! (Please note, I have tiny wrists - like 5.5" - so aim for small width please!)

 -- Hand knit socks. Something warm and soft I've got small feet so like a 6.5 size foot or girl's sized large socks for reference. There are some wisted here for inspiration. (And yes, thick ones for around the house are perfect too!)

 -- A cable knit bag. I really like cable knit and I think this bag is really cool.

 -- Any knitted wist items. You can see all the wisted knit items here.

Other
-- Batik/Dyed / "Shibori-Dyed" Fitted Tee Shirts Like above, short sleeve, 3/4 or long sleeve is fine so long as it's fitted. I like styles like THESE in my wists. I especially love the flame style one but really like this type of look a lot. It''s different from the shirts I typically wear and I like that. (Please just no hippie/Grateful Dead rainbow style tie dye. Nothing against hippies but it's just not my personal preference.)

 --  Fitted Style Tee Shirts. Short sleeve, 3/4 length or long sleeve. Fitted in V-neck, scoop or whatever (just nothing that's so low cut it requires another shirt underneath) in size small or US 4 equivalent. (I like the ones from Target a lot but am open to others too!) I have received a ton and I love them but I also live in fitted tees and more are always welcome. I have a bunch of styles I love WISTED for inspiration.

 -- Phoenix-colored Necklace just like this. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this piece. It's beautiful colors, it's in silver, it's just perfect. I so want this. Yes, I make jewelry but it'd be nice to have something beautiful like this made for me for a change!

 --  Stained Glass Item - sun catcher, nightlight, glass mosaic item, etc. Anything! I just love stained glass and wouldn't even know where to begin making it myself. I have a wall of sliding glass doors and would love to put up something pretty there! (HERE are some I've wisted for inspiration/ideas.)

 --  Ceramic/pottery tea mug, oversized mug, or cereal bowl (I eat cereal every single day!) or anything like that. Again, a skill I don't have but really love. (HERE are a couple things I've wisted for inspiration.)

 --  Anything with a phoenix. I LOVE the phoenix and there's not nearly enough phoenix-related things in the world or my life. You can check out my wisted phoenix items as inspiration.

 -- Anything inspired by Back to the Future It's totally my favorite movie trilogy. BttF shirts, ami's of Marty or Doc,  items with DeLorean on it, etc. There aren't really a lot of crafted things out there which people have already made but I think there's a lot which could be done!

 -- Calvin and Hobbes Items. Similar as above. There was a Calvin and Hobbes swap here on Craftster awhile back and the items in the gallery were stunning.

 -- Surprise me! Look at my wists or my amazon wishlist, my etsy favorites, the colors I like, my favorite animals, or my favorite flower, etc. and see what you can make that you think I'd like! I KEEP MY WISTS UPDATED SO IF IT'S ON THE LIST, I WANT IT!


Craft Supplies
-- Jewelry Presentation Displays I have one in black but I desperately need a necklace one in WHITE for photographing my work. I could also use a necklace/earring combo and a bracelet hand. Used ones in good shape are fine too! Any kind of leather/leatherette/vinyl is awesome. These are examples of styles I like and could REALLY use:

 -- Dichroic Glass Beads I love this mix for example. So pretty!

 -- Beading supplies. I create jewelry so I'm always looking for unique and interesting pendants, charms, gemstone beads, large focal beads and such. Also, I love Swarovski crystal and any 16, 22 or 24 gauge wire is in any color is always useful. (Especially if it's silver-plated!) The Artistic Wire brand is my favorite.

 -- Ninja Men Cookie Cutters. OMG, how freakin' awesome are these???

 --   Puffy Heart Pendant Instructions/Kit I've wanted to learn how to make this forever! Bonus would be if I had some of the materials needed as well like the stringing material. There's a full kit HERE and another HERE which is totally helpful and even more awesome!!

 -- Button Maker I think it'd be fun to make my own buttons. Some sort of starter kit would be great. I've never made any before. Can totally be used/pre-owned!

Extras

 -- Tea! Especially fruity ones. (Caffeinated ones are fine too for my morning cup at work!)
