Hi I'm cackle, I live in Virginia. This is cool!
First off thank you to whom ever chooses this post. Things I would be thrilled to get are:
Crafted
Halloween themed paper crafts
knitted stripey socks. Love me some stripey socks!
old Ouija boards
quilted pot holders
a pair of mittens
a scarf
art with crows as a subject could be papier mache, wall art...anything your imagination comes up with!
skeleton art...animal or human
a pretty box for pencils
Supplies
stash stuff for a mixed media artist, ie;, doodads, collage paper, ribbon, findings etc.
Found objects like old watch parts or a cigar box, gears and a wee pulley
old Scrabble tiles
I am also open to what inspires you! If there is something you love to do and you think I might like it, I'm open to possibilities!

Hi, I’m Kirsten, I’m a full time student. I live in New Zealand, married with two teenaged stepsons and two spoilt cats.
I like most colours, and particularly blue/green/teal/aqua, natural tones, or black and white. I’m not so keen on pastels and pinks/purples (though dusty/dull shades can be nice). See my profile or my wist for more info about me. I’m happy to chat, and easy to please.
I don’t have any allergies. I prefer natural fibres, but not exclusively, so if you think it’s nice I’ll probably like it too.
I love anything Star Trek or Doctor Who, whatever you like to make, my faves are Spock, tardis and daleks. I also love foxes, British robins, and fossils. I usually like useful rather than purely decorative things, but that’s not essential.
Here’s my wist -
http://wists.com/jemimah
– it’s more about inspiration than exact replicas, so there’s no need to copy things exactly. Something wisty is always welcome
LARGE
* handknitted wool socks (average women’s size, any colour at all)
* a pockety bag – lots of different size pockets for projects/art supplies, any style or size, doesn’t have to have any zippers (a tardis pockety bag would be truly awesome)
* something embroidered (hand or machine, a panel for me to make into something, or a finished item – basically, anything you think I might like!)
* a “Cake or Death?” tea cosy (Eddie Izzard quote) – I’d prefer sewn (stencilled/appliqué/embroidered/whatever), rather than knitted
* crafty organiser (e.g. needlework project holder, thing for storing small supplies and bits, stationery organiser)
* hand dyed/hand spun yarn (any colour you think looks good, prefer not neons or pastels though)
* felted scarf like the ones on my wist (green/teal/lime/aqua would be great)
* cool vintage-style apron
* stencilled T-shirt (XL V-neck, long sleeves best but short sleeves OK, darker colours)
MEDIUM
* handmade stamps in a theme I like (see my profile and wists), e.g. bird, fox, fish, leaves, art related, dalek (a detailed dalek stamp could count as a large item I think)
* simple apron
* cool pot mitt
* cloth napkins – with stencilled motif, maybe?
* handmade sketchbook/journal (unlined if possible, mixed/recycled papers are great, doesn’t need to be huge), happy to get two of these
* handmade ceramic item, esp. in celadon green (but any colours are good) – keep it small and affordable to mail. (I would love a little fox like the one on my wist) This could be a large, e.g. the frog mug in my wist.
* Noro yarn, recycled sari yarn, other silk/luxury yarn, artisan yarn
* postage stamp pendant, other cool pendant
* handcrafted notecards, notebooks, stationery
* things to put other things in – box, purse, organiser, etc. – always welcome
SMALL
* hair sticks/comb/pin or shawl pin – not too girly please, see wist
* simple notecards, notebooks
* bookmarks
* handkerchiefs
* amusing badges
* cat toys – no catnip though, just polyfill/wool stuffing!! (it won’t get through Customs with catnip)
* yarn leftovers in any shades of blue or green or cream/beige, anything over about 1/4 ball will be useful for my project. Wool or wool blends preferred please.
* a skein or two of real silk for embroidery, any colour (it’s hideously expensive here but less than $4 in USA)
* knitting needle gauge
* DMC StitchBow floss holders - just the gold coloured sticks (I have plenty of the plastic pockets to put them in)
* small sewing supplies – rickrack, bias binding, cotton tape/ribbon
* little pouches (e.g. for jewellery)
* something else that I haven’t thought of, that you think I’d like! I’m open to surprises
Thank you!!
NB. New Zealand has tough biosecurity at the border. This is very unlikely to apply to this swap, but just in case ... Please don’t send natural materials (feathers, leaves, wood, seeds e.g. lavender, etc.) Everything on my list is absolutely fine to send, but PM me if you’re unsure about something. Thanks

Hello! My name's Diana and I'm from southern California.
My favorite color scheme is pink-black-white. My favorite colors in order are pink, red, seafoam green, electric blue, and red-violet. I love polka dots, circles, argyle, and plaid. I also currently have an obsession with zebra stripes. I also love leopard print but in unnatural colors (I really dont like the orangey yellow and black spot). I have more info and links to my wist, facebook, etc on my profile.
Allergy note: I have a wool sensitivity, mostly around sensitive areas like my neck and my forehead. I have extremely sensitive skin, so no soaps or lotions with a lot of chemicals/artificial ingredients. Hypoallergenic, home made, or organic skin products only. My hubby is allergic to cat hair, so please wash anything that might be in contact with a cat.
My favorite scents are Vanilla, Strawberry, and Citrus.

About me:
I am a 40 year old
Australian
woman (take note of this in terms of postage from outside Australia). I am a wife to a deliciously dorky husband and a mother to my beautiful daughter (10) and loveable son (7). I am a secondary school teacher with a love of crafting. I love the cool side of the colour wheel. I am addicted to playing online scrabble, owls are my muse.
My wishes:
I have a wist:
http://www.wists.com/aussiecraftster
and would
love
anything from it.
Crafted:
--zippered purses/pouches, all sizes made with funky prints. To keep all sorts of different teaching supplies in. Eg. Dice, pencils, counters etc...
--I would love a wind chimes or sun catchers that can hang outside. I love coloured glass. Some examples on my wist
-- bunting for my son Will's room. Maybe incorporating his name? Def with greens and cammo.
--bunting for my daughter Emily's room. In turquoisey/white colours
--A crochet viking beanie like the one on my wist.
--hand dyed wool roving for wet felting
--Candles....mmmm I love food flavours as opposed to floral (eg. Vanilla, coconut)
--Lampworked beads
--Slumped glass pendants
--Amigurumi light bulb, like on my wist.
--crochet cup cake container, like on my wist.
--a finger labyrinth (an example of my wist, made of ceramic, but I don’t mind what it’s made from)
--bathroom products: body wash or handmade soaps, I love the ones that look like you can eat them.
--Paper making mould and decal (with hinges, like this one
http://www.flickr.com/photos/58071869@N00/624052717
)if you are handy with hammer
--Decorated head bands or hair accessories for my dd 9
--Lots more on my wists, and maybe something that you are dying to make for someone. ;-) Or if there is something you are expert at, please, make it for me!

I live in Georgia, USA and have a wonderful husband, 2 kidlets and a cat who uses me as her pillow. I'm a Spanish teacher so if you craft something for my classroom (decor or organizational stuff), rest assured that it will be used and appreciated. My favorite colors are the jewel tones, autumn hues and gold. I'm not into pink, yellow or orange, but I can tolerate them in very tiny amounts.
Here's my wishlist:
Thread craft
~Embroidery for my Hoopla Wall
~heavy duty pot holders - we cook a LOT with cast iron so it needs to be well padded.
~fruit cozies - I eat apples, navel oranges, and bananas every day.
~crocheted/knitted socks or slippers - matched or scrappy
~lap quilt/afghan - I'm always cold!
~crocheted washcloths or dishcloths
Sewn Craft
~an altered zip-up hoodie
~a check book cover - Mine is falling apart.
~a full apron w/ pockets for me
~mug rug made in one of my fav. themes (nature, Japanese culture, abstract done in my fav. colors)
~snack bags for carrying mid morning munchies to work
~ a wallet w/ room for credit cards and a good zipper pouch for coins
Miscellaneous crafts
~headbands, barrettes or hair clips
~handmade ceramic coffee mugs
~bath salts (no sugars please) or CP soap
~lip balm - MAJORLY addicted to mint balm!
~handmade Christmas ornaments - I love quirky, comical ornaments. Nothing religious though please.
~earrings - I prefer small danglies, not super danglies, post or fish hook is fine.
~a container of yummy granola - NO HONEY please. I've a serious allergy to honey.
~a hanging earring holder that matches my bedroom or bathroom
~Stenciled t-shirts (adult large, prefer men's style shirt w/o a pocket, cap sleeves look horrible on me)
~Wall art in your favorite medium - PM me for ideas
~wool dryer balls - I have one set but have learned that I need about 3 sets with the amount of laundry that I do!
~altered altoid tin needle book
~metal crochet hooks with poly clay handles - I would love mid to large range hooks! I already have a really good set of fine thread hooks.
Wist surprises are welcome!
Supplies:
Embroidery floss- cotton, silk or linen, Please no rayon! It's the Devil!
Wooden embroidery hoops
Embroidery and tapestry needles
Fabric scraps in my favorite themes (under 1/4 yd is fine)
Repurposed linen fabrics suitable for embroidery - solid or simple prints, no busy prints please
more info about me can be found in my profile and blog (noted in my sig below)

About me: I'm 30 years old, and I live in Toronto, Canada. My favourite colours are turquoise/sea blue, jade green, and gold, with a healthy dose of black, white, grey and silver... but there aren't any colours I dislike except for bright neon or bright primary colours. We're getting married this fall, and our colours will be Red and Gold (good fortune Chinese colours).
My Wish List:
Crafted:
• Wool dryer balls
• A tea cozy (geek/sci theme would be awesome, or anything else kind of cool and unexpected)
• Oven mitts (geek/sci theme would be awesome, or anything else kind of cool and unexpected)
•
Kanzashi flower
hair clips in nice cotton fabrics
• Homemade body butter, lip balms, & lotion bars. (fav scents are rosewater, citrus, and berry)
• A gym journal with blank training logs for
NROL4W
(bonus if there is place to hold a pen or pencil, and a pocket for index cards)
• A knee-length house coat or bath robe for me
• Protective case for my Sony Reader touch (Dimensions are Approx. 6.61 x 4.68 x 0.38 inches (H/W/D))
• Armband for working out with my Ipod nano (5th Gen)
• A thread catcher for my sewing table
• Bella mittens
• A cute knee-length house coat (women's xl)
•
reusable "paper" towels
• A dust cover for my serger
• pottery - a mug, bowl, butter dish... anything, really.
• Art - lino or photography prints
• Cotton face scrubbies, wash cloths and/or reusable cotton facial pads (for toner and eye makeup remover)
• A bold necklace that would dress up the boring, all-black wardrobe I have to wear at work. Not a requirement at all, but I love necklaces that feature reclaimed trinkets, kinda steampunk-style but less industrial.
• Hand crafted chopsticks
•
HBC Point Blanket
inspired baby or lap quilt
• Camera strap for my Nikon D80
• Crafted bento goodies to help me bring my lunch to work every day.
• Note Cards (I'm getting married in the fall, so I need thank-you cards!)
• A guest book for our wedding
• A surprise
Supplies:
• Wool Felt
• Needle felting stuff (I'd like to learn how)
• Polymer clay and/or tools (I would like to learn how to make my own buttons)
• Fat Quarters or Jelly Rolls (Especially pretty Japanese and modern prints in Black, Blue, Turquoise, or Green)
• Jewelry supplies (Another craft I'd like to learn... I have some tools, but no idea where to start)
• Book binding kit + instructions (Another craft I'd love to learn)
• Sea Glass
• Purse findings/hardware
• Natural fibre yarn
• Stamps, stamp pads
• Watercolour paper, paints, or brushes
• Beeswax, essential oils, cocoa or shea butter for making lip balms
• Decent-sized leather pieces (not too scrappy), reclaimed pieces from old garments are great.
• Back issues of Threads magazine
• Zippers, buttons, and needles (both hand sewing and sewing machine needles.)
Ideas for Extras:
• Candy:
Botan Rice Candy
,
Haribo Gummi candies
, fruit leather, Fruit Roll-ups (I can't find them where I live, and they're my favourite evil sugar treat!)
• Loose Tea: Fruity, herbal, white, green, jasmine...
• Jams, jellies or preserves (just about any kind of fruit... even apple butter would be lovely. Lower in refined sugar is awesome). I'm always looking for fruity jams to add to my plain yogurt.

My name is Karen and I live in Austin, TX with my teenaged dd (who typically ends up with most of my swap items ), a huge, goofy lab-mix and a lovely, prissy cat.
I love designs from the 60's and early 70s (think mod & flower power). Also 50's post-modern. I used to have a 1974 VW Thing and I miss it a lot! I also love Asian designs in fabric and artwork.
I prefer clean lines and bold graphics rather than cutesy or fussy prints.
I was born in the year of the Dragon and I just love them! And English Bulldogs (cute, not fierce). I love anything magical/wonderous including fairies and Alice in Wonderland.
Also, pretty much any Amy Butler fabric.
Other random things I love: silver jewelry, reading, travel, art, geekery, the periodic table, Scooby-Doo, GLEE!, nature, trees, dandelions, rain, cooking, whimsy. For more info check my wist .
I would love anything from my wist :
www.wists.com/luckdragon
but especially the things below. In general, I prefer practical things that can be used (with the exception of small wall art or hoops for
my hoopla wall). My favorite colors are bolder/earthy tones to 60’s mod. Blues/greens/tangerine/black/white/deep red (again, examples in my wist). Please no neon colors or pastels.
Thank you in advance for picking me!!

Hello! I am Becky from St. Louis, Missouri. I am a recently certified middle school language arts teacher - so items for a classroom would be awesome! I am also a papercrafter who is not able to knit/crochet, but can occasionally cross stitch and even more rarely sew! My favorite colors are green, pink, yellow, & orange. I love books (especially Harry Potter) and traveling.
Crafty Ideas/Wish List:
1. a very cool messenger bag that is big enough for books, paperwork & a laptop -- i would like one that is mainly plain (khaki?) with some sort of patch done on it (especially with a book theme or something from a book such as Harry Potter). i would like to be able to add buttons/pins to it as well.
2. any sort of travel journal (hand bound would be awesome!)
3. funky socks -- i like when my socks coordinate but do not match exactly)...
4. stenciled t-shirt (PM for sizing) -- VW bug, Harry Potter, etc
5. items that would be usable in a middle school classroom -- wall art, games, etc.
6. matrushka doll items
7. bubble bath (ask about scents, i am picky - sorry!)
8. anything from my wist:
http://www.wists.com/dinkime/all/?tag2=&offset=0&searchme=
Non-Crafty Ideas:
1. Paper Ephemera
2. international goods (candy, coins, tourist-y souvenirs)
need anything else? just ask!!! i am pretty easy to please
