Excuse the dodgy cameraphone pics but (even though she has no legs) this is my first 'proper' art doll. I hope you like her. I am usually an illustrator but painting doll faces is really hard! :O

She looks very sweet and well made!
(Is she going to get legs, or will she stay like this?)

Heh! Thank you, she will get legs. In fact I made some for her but they are way too short and make her look odd. I'll post a pic when she's done. Cheesy

I like her! She's sweet looking. Was she a lot of work?

It is better to have crafted and failed then never to have crafted at all.
Yes, I am stalking the Toys and Playthings board. Thanks for noticing!
I'm cheating on Craftster with Pinterest. It's ok though. There's overlap.

Hello! She wasn't days and days of work, though I am impatient so get annoyed waiting for the paint and varnish to dry. Definitely easier than I ever thought it would be though I learnt a lot in this process that I'll take on to the next one (The most important being don't fix the hair til you've finished everything else!! I think the hardest bit was doing all the tiny sewing. That took the best part of a whole day!

Thank you very much everyone!
