It started as a website, and they later did a book. It was full of hilarious fashion knit projects from mostly the 60's and 70's, with snarky comments added. And I can't remember what it was called for the life of me...
Things like fashion models very seriously posing wearing a giant macrame neckpiece that could double as a wall hanging. Anyway, if anyone knows what I'm talking about, thanks!

Want to learn to crochet or knit?  I have a ton of extra crochet hooks & circular knitting needles.  Will throw in some pattern books and yarn for anyone interested in a swap.

I don't remember a book, though there could have been one. There was a site called "You knit WHAT...?" that was pretty funny. I think they quite adding to it, but there was another with a similar name.
