Hello, my lovely glass crafters!

The first ever Glass Challenge was quite a bit of fun, so I'd like to start my planning for another challenge for you (if you're up for it, that is!).  I have a few questions for you.  Please reply here, or you can PM me, if you're shy. Wink

Is a one-month crafting time adequate?
Any themes in particular you'd like in a challenge (seasons, colors, etc.)?
If you didn't enter last time, why not?

I'll try to wrangle a prize package for this challenge as well! Smiley  Please give me your input, so I can make this another successful challenge for you!

Yes, one month is adequate.
I'd like to see a spring theme.
I didn't enter the last contest because kiln formed glass (aka fused glass) does not lend itself well to recycling.

1) Yes
2) I'm kinda going with everyone else on color & springtime type themes. Glass & Metal could be fun, too.
3) I fell off the face of the planet while trying to work on the addition to our house (in other words, wasn't checking Craftster/didn't know it was going on Wink )

I'm new to working with glass...  but I would be interested in participating...  I think a month is enough time, (we are moving next month tho...)  I could probably come up with something with a Spring theme and I didn't know about the last challenge...  tho I wasn't really working with glass at the time either...

Maybe to attract more participants we could combine glass with ceramics? Or make it a glass challenge that would include housewares category somehow?

Ooh, metal, ceramics and housewares!  I like all of these ideas.  Hmm!

I envision a challenge being posted in the next month. Smiley

Oh! I'm so up for a Glass Challenge! I've been doing organized swaps and having a blast and it is so inspiring to have a bit of a goal or challenge to craft toward!
Metal and glass / spring theme  very cool ideas!

Any more ideas on themes? Would be great if we could get a challenge going sometime in the next month.

So far we has Spring (which could also be summer), color, glass and metal. What do you think about "hot & cold" as another idea?

Is a one-month crafting time adequate?  Surely it is!
Any themes in particular you'd like in a challenge (seasons, colors, etc.)? - "Functional Kitchen Art", or "Between the Lines" as a theme or " Reach for the Stars" or how about "Favorite Season(s)"
If you didn't enter last time, why not? - Missed the date!
