Please accept this invitation to reserve a space or spaces at our 3rd Annual Chat & Chew Bazaar. All proceeds from this fundraiser go toward the students, end of school Field Day. We will be advertising in local newspapers and in area stores.

Booth spaces will be 8' x 8' for $25.00 per space. A very limited number of spaces are available with electricity. All submissions will be accepted on a first come, first served basis based upon the date post marked on the envelope containing your contract and payment, however, we reserve the right to limit the number of crafters/vendors selling similar merchandise.

Vendors selling commercial or manufactured items (ex: Avon, PartyLite) are limited to one per company. If you plan to sell these items you MUST contact us prior to submitting your contract and payment. This is NOT a jury show, but including pictures of your merchandise will assist us in crafter and vendor placement. We request that all crafters and vendors donate an item valued at approximately $15.00 sold at your booth for our raffle.

No tables or chairs will be provided; we request all display structures must have floor protectors on each leg. The school doors will open at 4:30 p.m. - 7:00 for crafter set up on Friday, April 29th and 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 30th. The doors open to the public at 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. We request that you do not tear down before 3:00 p.m.

Contract and payment must be received no later then Friday, April 15, 2011. We will charge a $30.00 fee for any and all returned checks.
