4 those 2 have been rushed they look awesome! How do u get your "Frosting" to look like that??? Mine look so bad and flat like.

The bottoms are from a mold, right? I like how it makes them look so neat and uniform.

Yes, I use a flexible mold to create my bottoms. I can't stand having to make multiple sizes when they were intended to be the same so now I just use a mold for the bottoms

These are cute, are they really delicate? Did you have to resin coat them?

They are actually not delicate at all. They are quite sturdy. You don't have to resin coat them because once you have baked them, they are cured. But if you like a glazed or shiny look, you could resin coat them. It is all about preference.


Um, to be quite honest, I don't know if there is a trick to it. I just create a noodle of clay and begin to form a ring on the outer edge of the top of the cupcake base. Then I overlap each ring just a little so that it creates tiers of icing in an upward spiral. I hope that helps...
