Ages ago I glued them on a table top (with a sheet of safety glass on top of them) but need new ideas!!  With all the gorgeous colored marbles out there I can't resist buying them!   Help ! Huh

Search Craftster for 'Wire Wrap'.  There are some posts on wire wrapping beads with no holes. Sounds like a marble to me  Grin .  Also, check out this link:

Back in my dorm days I had a large glass container that I filled (very carefully!) with glass marbles and some christmas lights to make a lamp of sorts. It gave off a cool light that was not too bright. Perfect for not waking roommates or a soothing ambiance light. If you have an old fish tank you could tape some christmas light to the back wall of it then fill the tank with the marbles. You'll have a fun light that will be really cool to look at! You could even place in some faux fish or other fun misc. items in on the front as you fill the marbels in.
