Little black clutch wristlet thing

I just wanted to share this little black wristlet I made for me to carry around at my friends bachelorette party.  After searching high and low for a small simple black purse or clutch or wristlet with no luck, I finally decided to just make my own a few hours before I had to leave for her party. 

Here it is!




The one key feature I absolutely wanted was to have the chain connecting to the zipper in such a way that it couldn’t accidentally zip open while I was dancing or something.  The only way it could unzip was if I took it off of my wrist and unzipped it myself.

It worked out pretty well, only one mishap during the night.  The chain connecting to the loop on the side worked its way free, but with the help of my friends keys I was able to fix it!  Since then it's been problem free.

thats really cute and clever. and the black with leopard print scream girls night out!  ill have to make myself something similar for my bachelorette later this summer. thankfully i have time. i dont think i could do something so great in only a few hours!

Ok, this is so stinking cute!  It does not look as if it were crafted.  Love the gathers and the leopard interior.  This Rocks!!!
