...and the spindle! i've been practicing and have begun to produce enough to actually work with after being so precious with my fibres and fretting over using it all up at once! Cheesy




a small amount of colour experimenting - very happy colours, i wish i had done more when i was in the flow!



my very first go evar! (you can see the box it was delivered in!)




made enough to actually do something with of this one! (still only 87 yds!) this was on the wheel and took a coupple of afternoons.


currently on this lovely foresty greeny blue ^_^

I adore the first one.  What ya making with the purple? I love how thick n thin looks crocheted up.  Well done young spinner.

ty belladune! i'm very novice, but having so much fun! i need to get it a bity more uniform and slender, but my spinning friends tell me tht as soon s i learn that i'll be wanting to go back to fluffy slubby yarn anyway!

It's true Pops!  I have to really try to get anything as thick as a worsted weight single.  But exploring everything you can do with fiber is great fun too:)
