Fantastic candle holder! I'd be afraid that wax would drip in it and ruin it... but I guess that's why they invented dripless candles Wink

And, my order of amigurumi eyes arrived today! Yay! But, I still haven't found what I need for the diptych hoopla... booo!

You can safely dip polymer clay into hot water to release the wax if need be.

I didn't know that! Good to know!

I only want to join 1 (fake) swap at a time...but I can't decide which to join! Too many great ones! I guess I'll make a list and go "eenie-meanie-minni-moe"..?

Very cool candle holder! I love that's it's made from a broken glass. You really can't throw anything out!! Craftster should be sponsered by that Hoarders show! Grin

I'm totally thinking of flaking on my dotee and inchies partners! D: I just don't want to do them anymore, I'm having serious crafting block. I KNOW I won't do the inchies, but I might yet come around in the Dotees.

I DO have some amazing awesome items for the other three swaps. I think my partner will LOVE them!!!

cool--if you and your partner agree, you can back out of any swap Cheesy

You can also remove was by putting the item in the freezer for a few minutes...the wax pops right off! Cheesy

veri is just the cool amazing cook type of kid and not at all weird...

hehe, you're the first one to say that Grin. I'm on business trip in Berlin right now but I'll check which swaps are going on and sign to the one that will "call" me:) I'll be back soon.

I just realized I'm thinking of wisting stuff so I can fake-join the Craft-my-Wist swap because there's no real-swap that fits  Cheesy  Cheesy

I've already agreed with my partner that if the real-swap requirements are too big (1 large + 1 medium kind of 'too big') we'll make it smaller so it's manageable. Or extend the swap send date. One or the other. Maybe both.  Grin

It's a good thing that my partner - and the organizer Kiss - are so understanding and flexible about things like that  Cheesy  Kiss

Yay! I found one of the things I was looking for to use as a pattern for my diptych hoopla! It was at school, and right were it really belonged. But, I would have sworn I recently saw it somewhere else, so I didn't bother to look. But, after trying to find the book in the library and failing, and then getting help from the librarian in finding some possibly suitable images, I did one more scan of the classroom and closet (I have a lab classroom so there are lots of drawers and cabinets in the room and in the closet!)

So, if I'm not too wiped out tomorrow night, I'll be making them when I get home. Otherwise, Saturday it will be!

And, my partner is very understanding and doesn't mind the wait at all Wink

My Fill-a-Purse package is... still in transit.

(Okay, actually I came so close to finishing it Sunday night, and then ran out of black thread. Noooooo! I finally got some last night, but haven't started back up again).
