ha ha I have been so slack in keeping up with this craftalong since I did not start it...it would be fun to post that many of us are slackers and should get fake negative feedback for not even shipping to ourselves or shipping so late!!! Cheesy

next year...Wink

It's a good thing it's fake swapping or we would all be in trouble Grin

I am so fascinated with that knook thing...I knit and crochet so it would be interesting to see how it compares...or maybe it would just scramble my brain so that I can't do either anymore!! Grin

There are way too many interesting swaps opening up recently and not enough swap spots for them all.  I might have to fake join some of them.   Cheesy

I am almost done with my apron for the apron swap, which I joined for real, but I also wanted to fake join with another partner....ME! Grin

I have an apron I want to make, but it is abundant in bias tape. I probably can't manage that at all with only one hand (I have a hard enough time getting bias tape neatly stitched with two hands!). Smiley

Can't wait to see your apron!

I know what you mean...I found a non-bias tape apron, very simple sewing and very little handwork...it is so frustrating not to be able to knit, in particular...I do have another apron for a swap and it has tons of bias tape as well...I might need to get some help from my Mom to finish!

And, I just saw a fabulous Wonder Woman apron in the Summer Nerd Games gallery... I love it... Doesn't look too heavy on the bias tape, but I don't have the supplies on hand, and I'm trying not to buy supplies for new projects... But, it's definitely on the list!

When will you be back to full 2-handedness? Fingers crossed my cast comes off on the 13th!

Thanks!  So, I finished my apron for the fake swap, but now I have to make one for the real swap.. Cheesy

I am not 100% happy with how I made the WW apron...the gold parts were fussy and are attached using topstitching...there has to be a better way to join the bodice and the skirt so that it is not so ugly on the back...I might just line the entire thing...
