I finished my first serious knit of 2011: http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/watershed (Watershed)
This beautiful little sweater was a pretty quick knit.

I considered adding buttons, but decided that I did like how it hangs open. I like the drape of this yarn too. (Same as I used for my Ballet Sweater http://ekatearcher.blogspot.com/2009/11/ballet-sweater.html

(plus, it's machine washable.)

I'll wear this with tshirts and tanktops in the summer, but for now I like how the lace looks over long sleeves. (braving the winter for these pictures turned my fingers purple.)

My only modification: 1x1 ribbing around the sleeves, I'm not a fan of rolled edges.

I really like this sweater. I like the way it looks with your long sleeves and that you could wear it into the spring and summer too. Good job! I'm also jealous of the snow. We haven't had any yet this season where I live.
