Another recent project - the short-sleeved sweater Rosa by Kim Hargreaves from her book Thrown Together.

I'm sooo please with the finished sweater (lumpy sewn together seams aside...) which took from the start of September to the end of December 2010, with some other projects in between to break things up.

I've written about it on my blog in more detail with more photos if you're interested! http://kestrelfindsandmakes.blogspot.com/2011/01/finally-rosa-is-revealed.html and on my Ravelry page http://www.ravelry.com/projects/LadyMissP/rosa

Thank you  Grin

I really hate sewing up and much prefer knitting in the round. Some of the seams are pretty lumpy bu I don't think anyone will be inspecting them too closely!

It's so cute! I love ruffles! I'm a little too intimidated to knit them myself, but you did a wonderful job.

Aw thanks! The ruffles were a little ridiculous as you had to cast on 300+ stitches 6 times, an they definitely slowed up my completion of the project.
