I recently made a scarf with this Curly Pile Fleece Fabric from Hobby Lobby and I LOVE how soft it feels! I was wondering if anyone knew where else to buy different colors of the same fabric. However, I'm sort of questioning the label of "fleece" because I thought fleece meant cotton or some type of lamb fabric.

Also, does anyone know where to find soft towel fabric (forgot the name of the fabric)? All the towel fabrics at Hobby Lobby felt rough.  Embarrassed

Terry cloth?  Check out a fabric store, rather than Hobby Lobby.  A fabric store will carry more varieties of fabric than Hobby Lobby does.  Also, there are several different materials that fall under the label "fleece".  Sweatshirt fabric is called sweatshirt fleece, there's polar fleece, and more.

Try Joann's online. I have gotten some great deals there, recently they had super soft flannel for $1.97 a yard. I think the towel fabric you are looking for is terry/terrycloth. I also think of "fleece" as polyester?

Grin thank you both so much! Yes, it was Terry cloth and I'm disappointed in Hobby Lobby but not surprised at their lack of fabric.
