About a month ago I was sick to the point of wanting to curl up in a ball in my bed and drown in my sea of blankets.
Instead of drowning in my bed, I helped my mom go through her storage unit and transfer her stuff from one unit to another, all the while I was miserably sick. Among one of the many boxes I found a huge container of FLOPPY DISKS!
My mom wanted to throw them away but I saw a creative potential in them and kept them.
So then, I was stuck with a ton of floppys and no idea what to do with them. All google was telling me was use it as a coaster, or a magnet or put five of them together and make a pencil box.
Boring, to me at least.
So here's what I ended up making tonight.
1.
I used the center of two floppy disks and parts of an old pair of ugly ear rings.
2.
These are the top corners of a floppy disk. I had to add a hole to each one. I haven't added the actual ear ring part but this is the little charms for the ear rings. I don't have the parts to complete it.
Update on the second pair:
I added the actual ear ring part. I found another pair of ugly ear rings and tore them apart.
