Here are my amazing purple inchies from Kimcherry. I have so many favourites in there that it is tough to pick some favourites. Here they are:

The mouth with the purple braces, the quilled foor and lowers, the purple mohawk, the clock, the eye, underwear on the line, the tatted flower, the gothis and celtic ones.....oh and all the other ones too!

Thank you Kimchery, I love them!

from myloveasdeep:

it's a nac mac feegle (from the wee free men book) plushie!  if you know what i am talking about you are pinning/wisting your little clicker out right now.  he has some awesome dreds and tattoos and, well, he's flat awesome.

but that's not all!

she also made me 3 feltidermy plaques (nessy, yetti, and a unihorn) for my breezeway.  there are no words for how excited i am about these.

I got home from a quick trip out of town to find my package from fibreartist4life had arrived! We left our personal swap totally open-ended, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but this was more unexpected than I expected it to be! Since we didn't really exchange any ideas of what we'd like, this is a masterpiece of swap partner stalking.

The package made an ominous "click" sound when I was opening it, but it turned out to be not broken ceramic but this lovely copper wind chime.

The top is a pentagram made of grape vines, with coloured beads representing Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Spirit.

I had to take a photo of the tab at the bottom of the chimes, because it was so lovely. She used copper because it's the metal of my astrological sign, Libra.

But wait! That's so not all of it! Fibreartist4life also made me this utterly gorgeous hand-bound sketch book! Bound in leather, with a clever magnetic clasp (an idea I have to steal for my Head Start Art Journal Swap project) and filled with creamy, thick watercolour paper. It also has the sign for Libra embroidered on the cover in copper thread. And it came with a perfect leather thong bookmark with a silver wolf charm at one end and a button at the other. (Which almost looks like it has my initials stamped on it, but I'll need a magnifying glass to find out.)

And then there's the extras! This brilliant ATC, which is much more 3-D than it appears in this photo, and...

...this great WWI photo postcard showing "Yanks Going Into Action". How did she know this is exactly the sort of thing I love?

Thanks, fibreartist4life, for a wonderful swap!

You are so welcome.  I enjoyed creating these items for you and this was such a perfectly matched swap.

Very cool!  I love the copper hanger from the wind chime and the pentagram is very well done.  And the journal is sumptuous Grin

kirSmith and I are altering puzzle pieces in addition to the swap. She finished mine in record time.
The theme of the puzzle is Picasso - art, quotes and etc.

Thanks so much Kris - a great start to my puzzle!

I like the green one!
Did you paint the background or is it a printout of a real Picasso?

Hi.....it's me again! More purple inchies!!!!!
These ones are from crafty butterfly

I love crafty's use of mixed media in her inchies - thread on paper etc.

And from CrazyAlien8

I love the black and white hand drawn images and what she then does with them.

I think I have 2 more inchie packages on their way to me and I should be all done with the inchie frame.
