I'm not sure why my swap partner hasn't posted pics yet, she let me know she got it. I guess I'll share them with you myself.

Lady Sadie mentioned that she liked birds and owls especially (A running theme I think) and that her crochet hooks had no home so....





So I made the needle book to match it.



I can't wait to see what she's working on.

I got my box from teachart today (doin the happy it's finally through the post dance) and be prepared for amazing pictures of large abundance..


First a cute little sketch on the box...did you do that teachart? Or did the postal people having some fun?  It's cute either way.  Then, this is the extras.  Yummy, Yummy extras *drool*.  My husband is helping me through the Prz. M and Ms at an alarming rate.  The Reece's Pieces will have the same fate in a few days I'm sure.  I'm hordi....saving the sour mushrooms for a special occasion...I love sour stuff...but it doesn't go well with chocolate I think..The bottom part of the photo is the wicked card she sent.  I'm fascinated by the story of the sad little clown and his..."horse"...I am imagining the steed is as big as one of our horses at the mo...

This is the perfect sized little cord bowl she sent me.  It fits into my hand just right..and it also fits..

And now my hugely fabulous Teesha Morre type needle book!!!


It is huge in both size and fabuloseness.  I had mentioned I lost (I did find it eventually..) my last needle book.  So she made one that would be harder to miss place ROFL.  Love it....AND I have 5 or 6 needles that I need a book this size anyway.  I am planning the transfer over this weekend..and I am thinking I will label parts of the pages maybe to keep things organized....

meanwhile, i am back. my mummy is ok, and i am glad to be home with my gf, my cats, my doggie, and my sewing machine!

  I received my Needlebook from FabricFriend!  It's so awesome!

First here is the pictures of how it was wrapped - the paper is from a clothing pattern (isn't that clever?)


Then there is the book itself, awesome fabric (I love that yellow bird!) and the quilting is so pretty


Then the needle pages I need to fill!
