Just pretend the meatballs got eaten by the postal people.  You have no reason to feel lame!  The Spaghetti Monster is FAB!  I'm off to WIST that necklace now Grin

I received yesterday but had company for dinner so I didn't get it posted.
Game Mom 42 sent me TX! I love TX. I want to live in TX. So she made me TX!

with a heart in the back:

And for extras she went to her local Asian Mart and got me random edible goodies.

Look! Octopus Flavored! AHAHAHAHAHAHA!

I am so excited to try these. I would have last night but I want to with my husband and like I said, we had company. Sorry, Teresa, lasagna comes first.

I'm so glad you like it jexxican!  I put the heart in the back because the entire time I stitched the needlebook, I kept hearing "Deep in the Heart of Texas" in my head Cheesy.

Thanks quaggy, you're too sweet!

I received this cute needle book from Strawberryh yesterday but was unable to upload until today.

Look at the little gnome! It looks to me like his hands are in his pockets.  Cheesy

And look at the gnome Velcro! Did you cut each colored piece and sew them together or did it come like this? Either way it's neat.  Wink

Also, there are quite a few pockets (which I LOVE). I can even fit my sketchbook into it!

Here are the little mushroom pins she sent as an extra. I could not for the life of me get a good color photo of them.  Angry

They are just too cute. This one is my favorite.  Wink

Thank you SO much for my first swap experience Strawberryh! Hope you liked yours as much as I liked mine. Also, I hope you don't mind but I would love to add to this. I'm thinking of adding embroidery to the fabric like some more gnomes, mushrooms, trees, etc.

I pieced the Velcro gnome together from different colored Velcro. The smallest pocket is for embroidery scissors. The other six pockets are for bobbins of Embroidery Floss the the larger pocket is for a small hoop and project. I noticed that you like to take projects with you. the Pins are Lamp worked I made them with glass and a blow torch. It is a new hobby of mine and I make hair pins hat pins and sewing pins for fun and practice. It is along the thinking of the Elizabethan one on your wist but all gnomed out.

On the FSM Needle book. I am thinking of adding a Meat ball Pin cushion and an emery ball. Just seems like a fitting idea. he is on my desk because he makes me smile.

Yay! Funny thing is when he was still with me I had him on my desk too.  Cheesy
And I'm sorry I forgot about his meatballs but that sounds like a great idea. It would be awesome if you took an action shot and let me know.  Wink Just saying. hehe

Also, I'm really digging the glass and blow torch craft. How did you learn that?

... and here is the best picture I could manage to show the details of the bottle charm.
