I skimmed through all the before pages and loved everyone's projects and plans for 2011  Smiley
Thank you MareMare for this lovely quilt-along  Grin

I hope I'm not too late to join in. Though my list is not very long, I'm doubtful it'll stay that way for long as New Year usually comes with new temptations Tongue

Here's my list~

1. Finishing a Medallion quilt which I started almost 3 years ago.
2. Baby quilt for one of our friends'who are expecting.
3. A basket quilt for a friend.
4. A cat quilt for friend's kitties (I hope they don't mind sharing)
5. An Autumn quilt which I've been thinking of doing for a while.

I'm working on finishing a quilt now. As soon as I'm done with that, I'll start working on the Medallion quilt. It's been a while since I touched it.
Happy Quilting everyone Smiley

Hi MareMare, thanks a lot! Appreciate it Grin

Here's the link to flickr group that I've been doing the Medallion with, but I had to take a break to finish other quilts and later got distracted with new ones Wink

The idea was to first create a center block and then each month work on a border sorrounding it. I have 4 more borders to do Smiley

Anita posted instructions for everything on her blog http://bloominworkshop.wordpress.com/medallion-quilt-along/

Sweet! OnlySiamese--is that lantern quilt from Happy Zombie? She shared a lantern quilt pattern at a quilt guild meeting and we all got printed copies, very cool!

finishes!

1992.  30 different flannel plaids, friendship star, sashed with a grey flannel.i used polar fleece as batting for this one it gives it such cool drape.i pieced the binding. all of these stars have names. this one is very very sentimental to me.

ragged circles. from the quilt block swap from last year.  this one feels so summery and light.  i cant wait to sit on the deck with a book and a beer on a coolish night.  especially since it is -19987865 C outside right now.

this is what happens when you put a quilt down at my house.
baby quilt one- hubby says this one screams boy quilt to him.  i was going for a more neutral vibe... the back flannel is my favourite.

they arent so wibbly wobbly as they look.  they all need a good pressing.

Wow what awesome quilts sloth!

I really need to add one of those raw edge circle quilts to my list, AND get my hands on some of that purple elephant fabric!!

MareMare - Thanks. No this pattern is by Jenny Carr Kinney.  I couldn't find a link for it online.

Sloth003 - How awesome!! Your quilts are fantastic!!  Great job!  My fav is the circle quilt with or without cat.  Grin  The rest are beautiful too!!

KwiltyKate - I feel the same way!!  I really wanted to do a circle quilt too, but got scared Shocked when I looked at my list and decided not to add it.
