Hi everyone,

I thought that I would like to show you my newest doll. Her name is Rima! Her head and body are made of cloth and her limbs are made from polymer clay.

Every normal man must be tempted, at times, to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin slitting throats.

I thought she was a mermaid too! She is very nice. Why did you decide to do the limbs in clay?

It is better to have crafted and failed then never to have crafted at all.
Yes, I am stalking the Toys and Playthings board. Thanks for noticing!
I'm cheating on Craftster with Pinterest. It's ok though. There's overlap.

I did the limbs in clay because I hate sewing and turning fingers! The seams always burst and it drives me crazy Cheesy I like as well that they're a bit more 'poseable' in clay, as I can join the knees, hips, ankles and wrists with cord or ribbon Smiley

I like your reasoning! I like to make things easy for myself as well.
