Am looking forward to putting together some great matchboxes!

I've collected bits and bobs for both matchboxes. Now it's time for decorating!!

Yay! I received from lukenlarry!  The matchbox she made unfortunately got lost in the post. Sad But she made me a new one and it made it safe and sound across the ocean.

I love the colors on the matchbox. And the dragonfly is glittery, but I couldn't capture that on photo. You'll just have to believe me that the dragonfly really stands out.

I'm not sure what the box is covered with, but i think it's polymer clay.

This is how full she packed the matchbox, it was positively bulging!

Here is everything laid out. I love the necklace, it's got a bit of a hippy/laid back style and it matches my summerwardrobe!  The tiny bits are tiny shells, a button, a chinese button?, pegs, metal swirls that I think I can use in jewelry making, googly eyes in different sizes, stickers, fabric flowers and a stone. Is it tigers eye?

Thank you lukenlarry!

I'm never having kids, I hear they take 9 months to download

I meant to send a note abbytail! oops  Roll Eyes  I am glad you received.  It is covered with thin sheets of polymer clay.  I made a type of  kaleidoscope cane and squished it out.  I had fun making it for you.  Kiss  (and yes there is a little tiger eye, I am not sure what the Chinese coin is, it may just be a charm)

Wow, lukenlarry, that "kaleidoscope cane" work is brilliant. I never knew such a thing was possible. And the dragonfly is beautiful in the photo - I'm sure it's even better in real life.
