For Christmas this year I made my brother and his wife and kid a sampler with their name on it.  They liked it.

It's one strand on 14 count aida.  For the most part, the figures and font are straight up stolen from eboy.com, with some tiny modifications.

Looking at it now, maybe it needs a border.  Whatever, I had to get it done by Christmas so I didn't have the time.

That is SOOO awesome! I think it's fine just the way it is. A border would be too much.
