Easy!  Cut along black lines and fold down the V shaped cuts.  I used double sided (dark and light green) paper and then backed it with red card.

My grandma taught me to make these when I was little.  Thanks for the reminder (and a flood of great memories) - I will be sharing this with my daughter when she's old enough to wield scissors!
